Is the starting frame for gift Pokemon like the Larvesta egg and Zorua event 3?
hi im just standing in front of a Darmanitan in the desert and im trying to max the IVs for several minutes already but im not getting it although im hitting the seed and delay well. i have to take the frame for normal pkm like stationary legendaries etc. dont i? and btw which pkm belong to the group "roaming generation" ? i could not find any information about that yet.

yes. a good way to "control" it is turning the c-gear off instantly after your timer ends and save the game. that increases the pid rng by 1 each time u save.
Don't walk or else you might advance your IV frame by accident, but otherwise yes.

You're going to need to be more specific. What exactly are you aiming for? How do you know that you're hitting your seed/delay?
I was aiming for hitting a seed for the Darmanitan that gives me max. values on all except S.Att. I know that i have to hit the delay from time to time coz i calibrated it well and while calibrating i hit the correct delay from time to time.
I just got it... i found out that my RNG reporter time seed was with a frame of 6, not 3 :/ Dont know what happened to my eyes.
Another question came up to my mind when i tried to hit a pkm on a route where you can find 4 different pkm and mine with 39%. i know i have to change the pidrng frame to get the one i want and the system how to abuse it correctly is not understood yet but is there at least something like a grid where i can see roughly which range of pidrng i need to find the special type etc? because it could also be that i need a pidrng frame of 1k to find it?!
I'm trying my first RNG and want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong since I've yet to succeed. I'm using pokemon black, the retail card. I am capable of switching to my flashcard if it makes a difference. I'm trying this on my 3DS because it has a seed with all 31s with a low frame a delay.

I'm trying to catch a perfect Reshiram with a Modest nature. After calibration where I was able to hit the seed a few times on victory road with sweet sent I went back in front of him with 4 pokemon in my party, my lead being a Elgyem with a modest nature and synchronize. I take approximately 128 steps (I'm hoping it doesn't have to be exact, just over 128 and under 256) and then try to catch him. Right when my battle with N starts I check his stats and look for 175/126/120/187/140/110 if it's a complete success. I should at least see 175 HP if hit the seed/frame and just got a different nature.
Is what I'm doing correct and I'm just not hitting the frame properly?

No, there isn't. In order for there to be one, or for it to even be of any use, it would first have to be "understood", as you put it. All that you can do right now is work on trail and error.
It does need to be exactly 128 steps, or else you risk the frame advancing again. That's probably what's happening.

Ok, so I was trying to RNG Thundurus and this is the spread I was going for
31/14/30/31/31/31 HP Ice 70. My seed 0925E93A and Mac Address 11e30b. At frame 135 ticking the roamer box says I would get this spread 31/14/30/31/31/31. But, I did all these advances correctly and then I caught the roamer. His spread was 5/31/14/31/30/31. I then checked with RNG reporter. I put in my seed and left the roamer box unchecked and at frame 135 was this 5/31/14/30/31/31. Following the format for roamers IVs. Speed before the Spatk and shift the Spatk and Spdef to the right. The spread for a roamer at 135 is 5/31/14/31/30/31, which is what I ended up getting. So RNG Reporter is wrong? I would of got the right IVs at frame 136. But it told me 135.

I'm goin to guess you just did something incorrectly somewhere along the line. Reporter is created and tested using an emulator where values can be directly seen and tested. Any logical flaw in the programming would show up universally.
Is Zekrom's starting frame 3?
Any Wild Encounter and stationary Pokémon has a starting frame of 3 whilst using the C-Gear

For C-Gear RNGing it doesn't matter which region you choose, just be sure to use White.
