The slowest a scarfed Haxorus can be is 136 after the scarf.
The fastest a scarfed Haxorus can be is 244 after the scarf.
The fastest a non scarfed Archeops can be is 178.

You decide.

And here you go.

How long do you have to wait for someone to trade something with you on the Share Shelf in Dream World? Just curious as to how the Share Shelf works.

Do most people use Rivalry or Mold Breaker on Haxorus? If they use Rivalry, I assume they use a male Haxorus since the genies are always male, correct?

If this is the case, should I try to avoid most/all of my team being male?

Mold Breaker. Everyone uses Mold Breaker.

I don not know how much this question has been answered but...
What is a reasonable lead combination that does well against beat up whimsicott and terrakion?

Amoonguss also completely wrecks it; Rage Powder diverts Beat Up, so Terrakion can't get the boost in the first place.

It's not generally considered wise to leave your mon's stats up to your opponent's mons.

Mold breaker is alright on PO where everything is male by default.

It sucks in cart as gender is random

edit:yeah I meant rivalry

I'm thinking of using Eelektross as a genie counter. Here's the moveset I have planned:

-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice
-Thunder Wave
-Protect
@ Sitrus Berry/Electric Gem

If I put him on a Tailwind team, should I invest enough Speed so that I outspeed Tornadus/Thundurus with Tailwind up, or not bother with it? I could also go one of 2 ways: I could invest enough SpA to OHKO Tornadus with Thunderbolt (and 2HKO Thundurus), or just use the Electric Gem to net the respective OHKO and 2HKO. All other EVs would go into defenses.

I think a special set like I have would be better than a physical set for my team since 3 of my other 5 Pokémon are purely physical. I also can't use Acrobatics + Flying Gem because I already have Flying Gem on another Pokémon.

Opinions? If you have a suggestion for a better genie counter, please let me know as well. I know Scarf Archeops is a good one, but I don't think he'd fit well on my team, as I already have 2 Pokémon with Rock Slide (and as I mentioned earlier, it would give me 4 purely physical Pokémon).

Who do you guys think the best user of choice scarf is for vgc? Obviously this is opinion based but I'm just trying to get some ideas cuz I've been having fun with chandelure but I feel like there's something better.

Vanilluxe, Darmanitan, and Terrakion come to mind. Vanilluxe has STAB Ice Beam, which has excellent super effective coverage, Darmanitan OHKOs a huge number of Pokemon with STAB Flare Blitz, and Terrakion does huge damage to the genies and stuff with Rock Slide. Darmanitan is my personal favorite, because it's like Choice Scarf Chandelure, only it can OHKO Terrakion and Hydreigon, and doesn't have the stat drop after using its STAB attack. The loss of Heat Wave sucks, though, and its susceptibility to Fake Out is annoying.

IMO, Scarf Darmanitan and Scarf Chandelure work extremely differently. Darmanitan is about trying to rape one pokemon and hoping they don't protect. Scarf Chandelure is about messing with the opponent, since Chandelure has a variety of viable sets. Also, Scarf Chandelure is an equal opportunity ass kicker, since STAB Heat Wave hurts like a bitch, while Darmanitan has what, Rock Slide? Just saying that they work very differently.

Also Krookodile and Landorus make very good scarfers. Both of them are discouraged by their meh speed, which can hold back there abilities. By running Scarf, you can beat a couple of notable threats, like Scarf Chandelure and Hidden Power Ice Thundurus. Scarf Landorus is particular can be very useful, and I've stated my thoughts about it in my analysis. While I can't speak on the behalf of Scarf Krookodile, I do know that there's someone in the forum who has some experience with it. (I'm not saying who because they might intend on using it) So they can speak up if they want to.

While Scarf Haxorus is a common pokemon, it's really not that good. It's just kind of outclassed by Scarf Darmanitan in it's job, dealing as much damage as possible.

Edit: I almost forgot about one of the best scarfers in the metagame, Vaniluxe. Yes, the Ice Cream pokemon is good. Why is that you ask? Good Special Attack and Blizzard, which is always good in doubles. But wait, there's more. Did you know that Ice hits around 1/3 of the metagame supereffectively according to the most recent stats? Add in hail and you get a 100% accuracy double targeting move with great power, coverage, and a 30% chance to freeze, arguably the most annoying hax ever.

Why do people have scarfed Jellicents with Safegaurd? I mean, you'd set up Safegaurd, and that'd be it. Unless I'm missing something out here?

Along with stopping Spore, it also gives it something to do encase something with Sucker Punch comes out at the same time.
