Oh my... CMT again for these bad boys.

I'm planning to learn 3rd gen emulator RNGing in the future (I've only done hatched pokes in Emerald on a retail cart for 3rd gen). Is it hard? It seems to be really time consuming though.

Edit: I'd greatly prefer trading for these in 4th gen.

Edit 2: Those Regis are popular because their 3rd gen exclusive moves are very useful competitively. The Groudon/Kyogre are cool and all with the theme behind them but 4th gen ones are functionally identical. In any case should you want to trade I can't do it tonight.

Edit 3: I have a fairly nice update in a little bit now that I've taken advantage of my near flawless shiny Jolly spread on a new save in SS btw.

Edit 4: Actually I'm gonna try to RNG these ones myself......
 
Well well well, the Regi's are getting much more attention than I expected! I thought the Groudon and Kyogre would be more popular, but you never know. C'ing your T's.
 
C'ing your T's gradually. The Groudon and Kyogre are for Trick Room, hence RS and not Emerald. I didn't understand right away either.
These guys are all rarities thanks to their level, and the slower two can put that level to use by outspeeding others under twisted dimensions.

First emulator RNG not in 3rd Gen by me. Cel and I will try to step up our amount of stuff in the last few weeks of summer, so expect more frequent and larger updates. Nothing in 5th Gen yet though because I bricked my DS lite in disassembly and Cel's having Timer0 troubles.
