I think you keep hitting a different Timer0.
Emulators don't have fluctuating timer0's.
I don't know if there's a Timer0, but, as far as i know, that Timer changes sometimes, not 100% of the times (more than 20), or my luck hates me

when i'm looking for my target frame (main rng window) some natures are bolded while others aren't
i set my everstone nature to careful and i found a frame that says careful but it's not bolded like the other careful frames. does this mean i can't aim for this frame?

No, you can still aim for that frame. The fact that it's not bolded means it will be Careful nature even without the everstone. The bolded ones are just the ones that need an everstone to be Careful.
It means that the egg will always have a Careful nature regardless of everstone use.

Your issue is caused by RNG reporter thinking that you need an hour that's higher than what is possible for that seed. Did you forget to put your MAC Address into the parameters tab when you were searching for the seed?
No need to be afraid of asking things. If your question was towards the end of the previous page, as it was, go ahead and quote it onto the new page. Just don't go overboard. If no one knows the answer on the new page, you're likely not going to get one.

Okay thanks :D it now generates the times and shows my MAC-Adress but he shows it like this: 25-A0-DA-36-DF, and it actually is: 00-25-etc. Also I couldn't click the option DSi/3DS (I have a DSi) I don't know if this all matters? But thanks again.
Edit: I read somewhere (think youtube) that the newest versions of RNGReporter says frame 1 but that it's actually frame 3 (because of C-gear) is this correct?
The way it's handled internally, it doesn't matter if its the whole thing or the last 6 digits. It grabs what it needs either way. Game system type doesn't matter for cgear RNG either. As for the third question, I believe that is correct, but confirmation from someone else would be good.
Someone would also need to know your remaining parameters, parent ivs, etc. To search for a seed for you. This isn't like 4th Gen where a single seed could be used across everyone's game. It's fairly unique to you. Is there some reason you can't do it yourself?

I didn't really read through much so you may have more than 1 problem but the one that stands out to me is that you didn't follow order of operations. 55 - 1 - 50 + 1 = 5

But it seems it isn't really the problem, since I've done many other tries before that one, and with a right number of frame advance (I didn't used the formula but did, for example, 5 frames advance when the target frame was 55 and my starting 50 so it was right anyway).
I'll try it again with a different initial seed, but if someone can help me with what I explained in my long post, that would be awesome :)

I have a question about shiny roamers (yes, yet again ._.). I got a seed in which after a set amount of chatters I get the same Timid, Mischievous HP Ice Thundurus. If I were to catch that, run it through Pokécheck and write down the PID, will I be able to deduct which frame I hit that way so I can RNG an ID to make that specific frame shiny?
You should be able to, yes. You may want to check the research thread. Either Bond or Kaphotics did exactly that at one point. That should give you a good starting place.
Definitely, that is how I was able to catch my roamers.
10:25:00 is a bit suspicious (but not necessarily wrong). You waited an entire minute for the seconds hand to hit 0?
You use method 5 PIDRNG in the time finder? Don't do that. Use Method 5 (Standard Seed) in the time finder and select search for nearby shiny frames if you want a shiny. Method 5 PIDRNG should only be used in the main window.
Most people need to press A 1 second early to hit their seed so if your seed says 11:45:21 you should probably be pressing A at 11:45:20.
Summer is best (no weather before your roamer arrives).

Yes I noticed this too. The seed I'm trying to hit is on 16:08:59 and I kept hitting seeds on 16:09:01. After some thinking I just adjusted the seconds on my Eontimer, normally you would put in 59 seconds but since I am 2 seconds late everytime I put in 57 seconds, after that I hit the right time everytime. Now the only thing left to do is calibrate :)
