5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

I am using RNG reporter 9.92 beta, and trying to RNG a flawless Adamant Wonder Card Victini (the one with V-Create). I have not found the target seed and frame during December with the nature I wanted, but my DS's MAC address is 001AE90FD793. I haven't verified my seed yet because I have not tried yet, due to the fact that no results are being generated with the desired nature on them for this month.
What I want to know is if it's okay to change the month. Say, for example, I get the Wondercard from mystery gift, then save in a pokemon center in front of the delivery man. The desired result appeared in January 25 of 2012 (according to RNG Reporter), so I change the DS's clock to that date after saving in front of the delivery man, and RNG from there. Is it possible to get the desired result, or will it only work if the date is between 12-3-2011 and 12-31-2011 because of the time span of the wondercard giveaway?

Yes. Wondercard dates don't matter to RNGing.

Alright just to ask
Is it possible to RNG breed a Rotom on the 5th games? I've been trying to RNG it and I've been comparing the nature and the characteristic in the time finder to the one I hatch in game and it never fits. I get seemingly random results all the time. I assume its my timer0 if it is possible to RNG breed these things...

I'm RNGing Entralink and I missed my frame by 1, is it the same as in IV gen I'm able to hit only odd or only even? What can I do now to hit the desired delay?

It's completely possible. I bred one just recently. You might just need to try a new seed.

You can RNG breed Rotom. Your Timer0 is trolling you, keep trying.

EDIT: Ninja'd

I am going to RNG abuse the starters fo perfect IVs.
I have RNG'ed wild, stationary, eggs and I have yet to figure out what is the right way to abuse the starter.
Where can I find the proper steps to this particular RNG abuse.?
I'd appreciate the help, because I am planning to participate in the competitive community alot.
Would someone point me in the right direction to a guide. :)

Is there a way to catch a shiny Vanillite considering there are NPC's on every route/area it appears on? I'd like to catch one for a customer, but I'm having no luck so far. Usually, the starting PID appears to be anywhere from 10-15 above the calculated one. Does this sound about right, and should I just keep trying until I just happen to hit it?

You don't just "happen" to hit it; you deal with it just like breeding. You save on the route with Chatots in your party, hit your seed, and then immediately press X to open the menu. Then you figure out the initial frame from the Pokemon you encounter with Sweet Scent. Hit your seed again and open the menu immediately, this time using Chatots to advance the frame accordingly.

You have to repeat the procedure every time you re-save, because the NPCs have moved.

p.s. check your PMs

What frame do roamers start on? IV and PID. I looked a little bit through the thread and found absolutely nothing.
They start on IV frame 1. The PIDRNG is a pain in the a** to figure out, and unless you know for sure, you won't be able to hit the frame if you want Shiny.

Non-Shiny is easier to get however.

Yeah I was planning on RNGing my ID/SID that's why I am doing this. What's a good PID then? I have heard some people have done this, but if it's that inconsistent like you guys say I guess I will lay off.

That's... really weird. Was it never possible to breed DW pokemon with Ditto? I could swear that I've done it in the past. But now it never gives me any results.

I suppose it's time to go back to chain breeding orz (Not that it will be hard to breed a normal flawless Giligar anyway)
