Now that Rough Skin Garchomp is released... is there any chance we might see him re-tested in the future? Or do things get too complicated with an 'ability' clause...

He won't get retested because of Rough Skin. Think of Sand Force Excadrill or Blaze Blazekin, who are both Uber. It just gets too complicated when you re-tier everything depending on abilities since then you'd need to do it for everything. However, he may get retested anyways simply because of the differences in the B2/W2 metagame.

Is Liechi Berry still unreleased? I know some of the pinch berries were released in BW2, but PS! still rejects it, and before I ask if they haven't implemented it yet I want to know if it actually was released. It lets me use Salac, but not Liechi.

Nope, i'm pretty sure it doesn't.
An interesting thing to note is that it ignores an opponent's negative drops too. So be wary switching into Draco Meteors that do 50-60%, you'll get 2HKO'd

Does unaware ignore your own stat drops, say from an opposing Shadow Ball?

ThePhalanx is right, Unaware only ignores the opponent's stat changes. Here's the onsite description of the ability:

Smogon description of Unaware said:
If a Pokemon with the ability Unaware is the target of an attack, all of the attacker's Attack and Special Attack boosts are ignored. If a Pokemon with the ability Unaware is attacking, all of the defender's Defense and Special Defense boosts are ignored. If an Unaware Pokemon is using Punishment, stat boosts still factor into its power. If an Unaware Pokemon hits itself in its confusion, it still keeps its altered Attack and Defense stats.

Anyway, on to a question of my own. If something is transformed into Castform and the weather changes, does Forecast activate for the transformed Pokemon? I ask because this happened on Showdown, and it didn't change, so I'm wondering if this was a glitch or what was supposed to happen.

Another Unaware Question:

If a Pokemon with offensive boosts critical hit an Unaware mon, does the critical hit damage also take the boosts into account y/n?

As a follow up question, if two opposing Unaware boosters face eachother, do they ignore eachothers boosts or does it work like Shadow Tag where the effect doesn't occur?

They ignore each other's boosts. As for Pocket's question, I'm 99% sure that Unaware still ignores boosts in the event of a crit, but I'm not positive.

When Ditto copies the stats of another one, does it keep its original Hidden Power or does it take it over, too?

According to Ditto's thread and DW analysis of the web, Ditto uses its own ivs for to calculate its hidden power.

For example, if Ditto transforms into Amoonguss with HP Ice, and the Ivs of Ditto are for HP Poison, after transforming, if Ditto uses Hidden Power its type would be Poison.

Are old pinch berries released: Liechi, Ganlon, Salac, Petaya, Apicot?

And new pinch berries of 4th gen: Micle, Custap, Jaboca, Rowap?

They are most likely all released, but they haven't all been confirmed, and only the ones which have are legal right now.

I've lost track of which ones have been confirmed.

Is there a resource that allows one to search for Pokemon that are able to learn a specific combination of moves (e.g. every Pokemon that learns BoltBeam)? I think there was one such search engine for the 4th gen but I don't recall which site had it and I have no idea if it was updated for the 5th gen.

Check it out here.

I linked to Serebii. I must be a terrible person or something now ;__;
