I can't see njbs taking the whole thing, since they are prolly the worst of the 3 korean teams and their ogn summer split performance was horrible.
They might have improved a lot, but I can only imagine them maybe beating Gambit and then losing in semis :|

pray mains the triforce champions and is still one of the best AD carries in korea

expession is known to singlehandedly carry games on irelia and jax

literally nothing is known about nagne but it's rumored that between him and SSONG, NJBS can play every single mid champion in the game bar a few fringe champions

they have a lot of potential and nobody knows anything about them which means that they could end up sweeping the rest of the tournament

of course, they could also end up throwing hard and getting 2-0'd by gambit

c9 over royal maybe but I'd be really really surprised if gg knocked out all the koreans

That would be pretty fuckin hilarious though, eu's third place knocks out ozone in tie breaker then the other two korean teams in a row.
 
Pretty much was Jebus said. NJBS seems like the triforce patch would benefit them greatly, where as for ozone it was their downfall. Expession already played a ton of irelia and jax before triforce overbuff.

-gives xpeke kassadin
-doesnt pick ashe zyra when available
-picks gragas for hai who never plays that champ and also cant capitalize on kass early game

lavos, what would you expect hai to play? he's like scarra and has a limited champ pool and was banned out. his gragas was prob his most comfortable champion left. i agree w/ not first picking ashe zyra though
 
I still think that picking Gragas into Kassadin (especially if peke is on kassadin) is kinda stupid, but so is picking TF into Fizz.
Expecting C9 to take the 2nd game

tbh the only champ hai had left was tf and that's a terrible pick into kass, so you have a good point. was really hoping they would take a leaf out of faker's book and go for mid lane riven, i feel like that would absolutely shred kassadin until level 6. really surprised as well that c9 banned ahri in game 1 since that was maybe the last good pick hai would have had.

that game though. fizz op, and balls rumble is fucking amazing
 
the difference is, faker has played like 40 games in diamond/challenger as mid riven wheras Hai hasn't played riven at all really on a high level. so still, it's ranked mentality. you can 1) pick a counter you haven't played much but people tell you is a good counter or 2) play a champion you are comfortable with and try and break even in lane. And even though gragas is medicore vs kassadin, i feel it was hai's best pick given the conditions.

Game 2 C9 got the right picks out of Fnatic and really played well. They still didn't get any specific champ snowballed, if anything hai dissapointed me, but he was a team player and instead of snowballing himself went in on the carry, sacrificed himself and let balls/sneaky clean up. It was well played by C9 and game 3 will be somethng to watch.
 
hahhahhahahahahhahhaahahahahaha c9 out. (BAN ME PLEASE) meteos defeated.

fnatic's second game loss was from xpeke's bad build, needed zhonyas way early and puszu needed a negatron or bveil. c9 big scrub just plain outplayed game 3.

I don't really like NJBS's set up for the 3rd match. I don't think that Nidalee/Nunu will be able to shut down Alex Ich as Ahri/Elise could and I think Gambit won't get their duo lane raped again.

But since NJBS was much stronger in Game 2, I guess they still win

Nevermind, Tresh too strong. Thought Gambit might have a plan since they did not ban Tresh
