My best one is male, Relaxed, with 10 - 11 / 31 / 31 / x / 31 / x IVs. He's Lv. 18, been using him as a parent.

I have lots of others too. They're all Relaxed and know Leech Seed + Spikes. They typically have 2 or 3 flawless IVs in either HP, Atk, Def, or SpDef.
