re: victini: the speed is calculated as 328 (speed) *1.5 (scarf) * 0.67 (is actually 2/3, aka the speed drop). 1.5*0.67 cancel out so it becomes 328.

re: kingdra: the last move can either be agility or a coverage move (ice beam or flash cannon). flash cannon can 2hko florges but you need a modest nature (and florges kills you back with moonblast anyway). idrk abt ice beam since dm nukes all the relevant dragons but it works because you're generally hard-pressed to get two free turns to setup both focus energy and agility
 
Well, a neutral STAB Hydro Pump is stronger than Super Effective Flash Cannon, so there's really no merit. Agility's really the best in that slot because nothing else is usable at all.

Actually, because Pokemon doesn't use exactly two thirds for the second multiplier (it's closer to 0.66) and because Pokemon always rounds down, even in the case of a decimal extremely close to the value above, the speed after the drop is rounded down to 327. You will always fail to outrun another base 100 in that scenario if they are running the same amount of speed as you are. This also means that if sticky web is on the field, a Pokemon will always be outrun by another of the same type with the same spread, even if it is holding a choice scarf.

Could UU also have a "current metagame trends" topic? I would make one, but i am not too convinced on my abilities to do a good op.

A current metagame trends topic would probably just devolve into a swarm of people complaining about how overpowered stall/Hyper Offense/weather/whatever is the dominant meta at the time is, if you're talking about playstyle. If you're talking about shifts from one pokemon to another in a specific role, I think that could have some potential, especially every time there's a tier shift. (E.g., scarf haxorus is being replaced by scarf salamence, or whatever)

Regardless, I feel like this would sort of just fit into the main UU thread every time there's a tier shift (Here). Discussion about this type of stuff usually occurs there.

I've seen quite a few of those, actually, it is more common than swift swim Kingdras.

Getting to the point, it ALWAYS crits. Usually takes down 3 or 4 of my pokemon before going down. Don't use it
 
I know ill sound really dumb but can someone link me to a thread with the recent changes? Ive searched the usage thread and there is nothing.

At least by the looks of it it is good. Galv klefki, dophan, etc finally coming down
 
Okay, probably a really dumb question, but where I can find the actual OU and UU tier as of right now? I just tried to play Pokemon Showdown and found out Latias and Chansey are now OU(?) and therefore banned from UU, but I can't find any other confirmation. Any help would be appreciated, especially if there were other changes to the tier.

So what are the chances of Tornadus-T getting banned and has it been voted on at any point? Sorry if this has been asked already but I didn't feel like reading all 6 pages of this thread tbh.

The last round of bans are being discussed by the council members and UU should go official "by the 20th at the latest". If by Stage 1 you mean the first suspect test then I don't know for sure though I'd assume suspects would start being reintroduced into the tier right off the bat ?_?

It's unlikely. To answer your second question, no, it hasn't been nominated yet (if I remember correctly).
