It used to be better around 2 months ago. Hawlucha struggles to find opportunities to set up in this metagame because pokemon like Alakazam, Lopunny and Tornadus-T are really common now and they prevent Hawlucha from getting any chance to set up. Even after setting up, Hawlucha is less dangerous than it used to be: Weavile is common, Unaware Clefable is common, Tankchomp is common, Mega Altaria is common; many teams are prepared for it because Hawlucha shares similar checks as pokemon like Lopunny and Charizard X, but once these checks are weakened, Hawlucha does not have many problems to clean up.
If i want to make a diancie & infernape offensive core what set do i use with infernape?
Life Orb mixed attacker, fire blast, close combat, 2 coverage moves
thanks and is slack off a good option on infernape to keep alive through the match or its better a coverage move?
slack off is only a good move on defensive sets

Obviously the easiest mega's to begin with are the ones ranked the highest. Mega Altaria, Mega Metagross, Mega Scizor and Mega Venusaur are very good at their jobs, so you can try out one of those. If you have problems with teambuilding you can go here, here or here for some nice teambuilding tips. This can help too. All I want to know is which mega to use. Is Scizor, Gardevoir, or Altaria the best?
There is no objectively best mega and those 3 all fill different roles.
I personally think Mega Metagross is probably the easiest mon to build a team around. he requires a minimum of support, leaving the rest of your slots free. but that's just my opinion, and I've seen all of the different megas you've listed be used to great effect.
Gardevoir usually has the highest unboosted damage output due to its huge 165 SpA and Pixilate boosted Hyper Voices
Well, Gardevoir Hyper Voices are more spammable due to going through subs and Fairy being a really good offensive type, but several Megas outdamage it unboosted. Both Zards, for starters.
Because drypass is still a valid strategy, be either a tool to avoid pursuit(espeon, celebi) , to actually pass stuff(Scolipede, gorebyss, celebi) or to gain the switching initiative(Mega lopunny). A few dedicated teams do make it seem broken by acting like a machine by causing team preview issues

Possibly because there are just a few baton passers that are capable of this. WebBowser can tell you more about it.
The council is doing something about it. Baton Pass is currently being discussed for gen 3 to 6. You should read this topic for further information.
What would people say is the "most flexible" nature for Landorus-T? Like, what nature is used by the most sets, or at least by a set that's hard to invalidate in the meta, sort of like how Gengar's LO Attacker set is almost always a set worth considering? Maybe Gengar's a bad example since he always picks Timid, but does that question make any sense?
I'm gonna be working on getting an on-cart Lando-T, and I'm just worried about the nature getting phased out by meta trends like what ended up happening to my Jolly Garchomp when Tankchomp became his best set. More concerned here since Lando is much harder to get a different natured specimen.
