This looks awesome! A couples of idea of mine (at least I think so, they weren't in the index and couldn't be bothered to look through 51 pages).
flygon.gif
volcarona.gif

DNA Donors: Flygon / Volcarona
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Flygarona
New Type: Dragon / Fire
New Base Stats: 92 HP | 90 ATK | 82 DEF | 117 SPA | 102 SPD | 110 SPE
Ability: Flying Flame: User is immune to Ground type moves, Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web - if the opponent uses a damage dealing ground move on the user, they have a 30% chance to get burned
Notable Moves: Quiver Dance, Earth Power, Fire Blast, Dragon Pulse
Role Identification: Late game special sweeper

darmanitan.gif
samurott.gif

DNA Donors: Darmanitan / Samurott
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Darmurott
New Type: Fire / Water
New Base Stats: 110 HP | 130 ATK | 80 DEF | 79 SPA | 72 SPD | 92 SPE
Ability: Hydro Force: Fire and Water moves receive a 30% power boost
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Waterfall, Aqua Jet
Role Identification: Strong physical attacker that can take a hit if needed

In the OP it said that only the primary types and slot one abilities were used in the fusion. Is that still the case?

DNA Donors:
Crobat + Suicune
Offspring Name: Crocune
New Type: Poison/Water
New Base Stats: 108/82/105/88/105/107 (+ 16 HP, +8 Def, +8 SpA, +8 SpD) (BST: 595)
New Ability and Desc: Inner Focus + Pressure = Inner Pressure: Cannot flinch. If targeted by any move that has flinching as a secondary effect, it takes 5 PP off that move.
Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Scald, Hydro Pump, Surf, Sludge Bomb, Roost, Giga Drain, Defog, U-Turn, Taunt, Haze
Role Identification: Fittingly enough, Crocune can pull off an effective CroCune set! It has marginally less bulk than Suicune, but it has a better defensive typing and reliable recovery to boot, so it doesn't need to rely on RestTalk. Giga Drain can also be used to supplement its recovery, and Taunt and Haze can be used to shut down anyone who tries to set up on you.

DNA Donors:
Swoobat + Zygarde
Offspring Name: Zybat
New Type: Flying / Ground
New Base Stats: 97/78/103/79/90/104 (+10 HP, +15 Defense, +15 SpDef) [BST 551]
New Ability and Desc: Ignorance (Aura Break + Unaware) [Ignores other Pokémon's stat modifiers for damage and accuracy calculation and abilities that affect damage and accuracy calculations.]
Notable Moves: Roost, U-Turn, Glare, Earthquake, Coil, Dragon Dance, ExtremeSpeed, Earth Power, Air Slash, Taunt, Light Screen, Reflect, Dragon Tail, Calm Mind
Role Identification: The mighty wall that is Zybat is here to destroy offense where it stands. It's bulk might not seem that impressive - 97/103/90 is only respectable. However, Ignorace is an amazing ability for a defensive Pokemon. Not only does it ignore boost, but it will also ignore abilities such as Tough Claws and Sheer Force. The wording is a bit off, but basically what I was trying to do with the wording is make it so that Mold Breaker is not ignored by Ignorance. This is because Mold Breaker doesn't actually affect damage calculations - at least not directly. It has a colorful movepool - for a Stallmon, it has phazing and not only Toxic but also Glare (letting it paralyze things like Lando-T - something Thunder Wave wouldn't let it do). It also has the marvelous typing of Flying / Ground - the only issue it has is 4x weakness to Ice-type attacks. Overall a neat-o defensive Pokemon with a really dank ability.

DNA Donors: Zygarde / Pidgeot
Offspring name: Zygote
New type: Ground / Normal
New base stats: 100 / 100 / 100 / 95 / 82 / 101 (+5 HP, + 10 Atk, +2 Def, +20 SpA, +3 Spe)
New ability and desc: Power Break (Keen Eye + Aura Break) - All stat modifying ability the opponent has is reversed (example: Defiant lowers Attack, Intimidate raises Attack, Contrary has normal stat changes)
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Coil, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Earthquake, Earth Power, Extremespeed, Focus Blast, Stone Edge, Superpower, Brave Bird, Roost, Heat Wave, Hurricane, U-turn
Role identification: The stats may seem underwhelming, but it has the tools it needs to be a bulky attacker. With Roost and Coil, this poke is hard to take down, especially when Intimidate raises Attack instead of lowering it. Plus, STAB Extremspeed is nice. It's Special Attack isn't bad either if you want to run mixed.

DNA Donors: Zygarde / Pidgeot
Offspring name: (Pidgeotite)
New type: Ground / Normal
New base stats: 100 / 100 / 105 / 160 / 92 / 121 (+5 HP, + 10 Atk, +2 Def, +20 SpA, +3 Spe)
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Coil, Earthquake, Earth Power, Extremespeed, Focus Blast, Stone Edge, Superpower, Brave Bird, Roost, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Hyper Voice, U-turn
Role identification: This is if you want to use it's high Special Attacking power instead of the Physical Attack. It has Hyper Voice, Focus Blast (Pidgeot's dream come true) and Earth Power. Also U-turn for scouting.

Edit: changed Zygote's typing to Ground / Normal because I think it's better.

Nope, you can use whichever types you want.

Great, that opens some new doors. Do they still have to share an egg group?

pidgeot.gif
togekiss.gif

Name: Pidgekiss
DNA Donors: Pidgeot / Togekiss
Egg Group: Flying
Type: Flying / Fairy
Ability: Keen Hustler: Physical attacks gain 50% power but lose 10% accuracy
Base Stats: 94 HP | 75 ATK | 95 DEF | 105 SPA | 102 SPD | 100 SPE
Notable New Moves: Nasty Plot, Fire Blast, Aura Sphere, Baton Pass

Looks pretty mediocre, and honestly it is. Until you slap on the Pidgeottite!

Type: Flying / Fairy
Base Stats: 94 HP | 75 ATK | 100 DEF | 170 SPA | 112 SPD | 120 SPE
Ability: No Guard

Holy shit! You lose a tiny bit of speed, but in exchange you get a lot more powerful and a fair bit bulkier and a much bigger movepool. 170 base Special Attack is phenomenal, and it gets Nasty Plot on top of that!

scizor-f.gif
drapion.gif

Name: Scizion
DNA Donors: Scizor / Drapion
Egg Group: Bug
Type: Bug / Dark
Ability: Swarm Guard - If the user is hit with a critical hit, Bug moves get a 50% power boost.
Base Stats: 80 HP | 120 ATK | 115 DEF | 62 SPA | 87 SPD | 90 SPE
Notable New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Pin Missile, Earthquake

Solid Pokémon, but to get the best from Scizion you need the Scizorite

Type: Bug / Dark
Ability: Technician
Base Stats: 80 HP | 140 ATK | 155 DEF | 72 SPA | 107 SPD | 100 SPE

Technician Pin Missile off a base 140 Attack is going to rip anything not resisting it to shreds at +2. It also has Technician Bite for consistent damage and Earthquake for those pesky Steel types.

DNA Donors:
Kyurem and Clefable
Offspring name: Kyufable
New type: Dragon/Fairy
New base stats: 120 / 100 / 101 / 112 / 100 / 77 ( +10HP +20Def +10SpD)
New ability and desc: Pressure + Magic Guard = Pressure Guard: Immune to passive damage. If hit by a contact move, opponent loses 2PP instead of one.
Notable moves: Calm Mind, Draco Meteor, Mooblast, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Earth Power, Softboiled, Roost, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Focus Blast, Wish, Steath Rock, Heal Bell, Knock Off, Outrage, Hone Claws
Role identification: A bulky and decently powerful Special Tank with an emormous movepool, fantastic typing, and an immunity to passive damage. It can set up with Calm Mind, lay down Stealth Rock, spread status with Thunder Wave/Toxic, support with Heal Bell, and heal with Wish. It also has all the coverage moves it can get to get past its checks. It also has a lot of recovery options so it won't get worn down easily.

Yeah ChrystalFalchion, regular fusions still have to share an egg group. DNA Fusions can be one mon from genderless/undiscovered and any egg group, including the aforementioned genderless/undiscovered.

Damn forgot, oh well made the changes. Thanks for the info Spartan, appreciate the help.

Name: Beegon
DNA Donors: Beedrill / Flygon
Type: Bug / Ground
Ability: Airborne - immune to Bug and Ground moves
Notable New Moves: Earthquake
Base Stats: 72 HP | 105 ATK | 70 DEF | 72 SPA | 90 SPD | 87 SPE

Looks pretty crap, and in all honesty it is. Until you give it the mega stone...

Type: Bug / Ground
Ability: Adaptability
Base Stats: 72 HP | 165 ATK | 70 DEF | 42 SPA | 90 SPD | 157 SPE

Now it's the 3rd fastest Pokémon (behind Ninjask and Deoxys-S I think) and one of the most powerful. STAB Adaptability Earthquakes coming off a 165 base Attack...holy shit. Even with an Adamant nature it outruns Mega Lopunny.
Beedrillite is banned :( Your Pidgekiss is great though!

Hey guys, I'm removing Dracruelion for this thing. Stall just got an upgrade.

DNA Donors : Sableye + Hoopa-C
New Typing : Ghost / Dark
Offspring : Hoopleye-Confined
New Stats : 70/92/82/112/112/60 (+5 HP, +15 Def, +5 SpA, +15 SpD)
New Ability and Desc : Magical Stall: If opponent removes this Pokemon's item via Knock Off, Switcheroo, Trick eg, they receive negative priority on all moves
Notable Moves : Will o Wisp, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Recover, Knock Off, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Hyperspace Hole, Calm Mind, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Sucker Punch, Destiny Bond, Skill Swap, Elemental Punches, Night Shade, Metal Burst
Role Description : Crazy versatile support Pokemon with crazy coveage and support options like Will o Wisp, Destiny Bond, Trick and Taunt. With OK 70/82/112 Bulk and access to reliable recovery, its a Pokemon that will be hard to wear down. Its ability also cripples foescthat try to remove its item. It is troubled by its lack of speed and Prankster hurt it a lot, and its bulk isn't AMAZING. But it doesn't give shit once it megas.

DNA Donors : *Mega
Offspring : Mega Hoopleye-Confined
Ability : Magic Bounce
Typing : Same
New Stats : 70/102/132/132/162/30
Notable Moves : Recover, Will o Wisp, Gunk Shot, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Drain Punch, Light Screen, Reflect, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, Destiny Bond, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Metal Burst, Elemental Punches
Role Description : Prepare your teams. Oh wait, that's impossible, cuz its MEGA HOOPLEYE!!! Seriously, this things movepool is soo expansive it would take up pages. And this thing shits on Mega Sableye's checks and counters. Fairies? Metal Burst and Gunk Shot. Bulky waters? Take your pick of T.bolt, Thund3rpunch, Grass Knot or Energy Ball. Mega Loppuny? Any Psychic move you want. It can run classic Calm Mind set, Dual screens, mixed, physical, physical or special wall, its a monster. Basically this is Mega Sableye 4.0 and its here to stay.

And I'm reserving Terrakion + Banette.

I'm surprised that no one is making shit like *cough Blissey + Shedinja cough* or *Metagross + Terrakion cough* or even *cough Gardevoir + Gengar cough*. Oh boy, do I have a case of the flu. ;-)

Blissey+Shedinja was submitted a few slates ago, but it doesn't seem to have had much success. You can resubmit it, though.

I was planning to, but a Normal / Ghost type that can only be hit by Dark moves?!? That's broken, as anything with out dark moves or MB is basically deadmeat.

You can make it immune to non-supereffective moves with or without a secondary effect (Wondee Guard+Serene Grace).

Didn't know Beedrillite was banned, I apologise, I should've read the OP more carefully.

Name: Pancroak
DNA Donors: Pangoro / Toxicroak
Type: Poison / Dark
Ability: Tense Fist - If the opponent has a super effective move, the user gets +1 Attack
Base Stats: 99 HP | 125 ATK | 81 DEF | 82 SPA | 78 SPD | 81 SPE
Notable Moves: Parting shot
Role identification: Late game physical sweeper, with Sucker Punch to make up for average speed

Naa man. Knowing me, Id make it broken in a way. Besides, I have my last two fusions planned.

DNA Donors : Banette + Terrakion
Offspring : Terranette
New Typing : Ghost / Fighting
New Stats : 89/130/83/67/82/105 (+10 HP, +8 Atk, +6 Def, -10 SpA, +6 SpD, 20 Spe)
New Ability and Desc : Sleeping Justice: This Pokemon cannot fall asleep. If hit by a sleep inducing move, its attack is raised.
Notable Moves : Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Sacred Sword, Shadow Sneak, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Will o Wisp, Thunder Wave, Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Phantom Force, Destiny Bond, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Iron Head, Poison Jab, X-Scissor
Role Description : Terranette is a fast, hard hitting physical attacker that has coverage that strecths past Arizona! Its amazing Ghost / Fighting typing gives it almost excellent coverage, barring Normal / Ghost types like Polylure, which it can dispatch with Dark coverage moves like Knock Off or Sucker Punch. It can perform an extensive amount of roles, from suicide lead to Choiced sets to AoA sets to Double Dance sets to even a couple supporting roles, utilizing Will o Wisp and Thunder Wave to effectively cripple offensive teams, or Toxic and Taunt to wear down defesive teams. Its versatility and immediate power is one which all teams should prepare for.

DNA Donors : *Mega
Offspring : Mega Terranette
Ability : Prankster
Typing : Same
New Stats : 89/180/93/77/102/115
Notable Moves : Stealth Rock, thunder Wave, Will o Wisp, Reflect, Light Screen, Taunt, Toxic, Destiny Bond, Rest, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Focus Punch, Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Sacred Sword, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Rock Slide, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Earthquake, X-Scissor, Iron Head
Role Description : While most people would go on and on about how Mega Terranette is an offensive beast who just Swords Dances and sweeps with Shadow Sneak, I wanna show you something else. See all those status moves? And its great bulk for an offensive Poke? And its ability? Its trolling time! Your OP Hazard sweeping the universe? Destiny Bond. Or T.Wave. That Gengar just dropped your health to 40%? Priority RestTalk. Sure, you could hit CC or Rest, but its priority Shadow Claw is enough to chase it out. Need Priority Screen support? Gottcha! Need some priority rocks up? He's there bruh. Need some stallerr to break? Priority taunt àt ã service. But remember what I said about most people? I'm like most people. STAB priority coming off 180 attack hurts. It also has priority Swords Dance to wallbreak or priority Rock Polish to fuk offence, so you've got yourself an unpredictable, near uncounterable Pokemon running around. Did I mention its STABs have perfect neutral coverage, so it usually has two free moveslots to abuse? Well guys, while Terranette is stomping your team to smoutherings, just think why didn't you bring a check. Through in the fact that its just as versatile and viable without a Mega stone? Hahaha!!!!!

Sorry that was so long, I got bored and evil.

I'm reserving Registeel + Slowbro as my last fusion.

aegislash-blade.gif

DNA Donors: Meloetta / Aegislash
Offspring name: Aegietta
New type: Normal/Ghost "Aerial Forme" Fighting/Steel yeah let's not get too excited, Pirouette only adds secondary type fighting, so it's either Normal/Fighting or Ghost/Fighting. If you want fighting steel, the base form has to be steel/normal. "Perry Forme" (I thought that any type combinations could be used for these submissions? If they cant then Normal/Fighting I guess
New base stats:
Shield Aerial:
80/64/119/89/144/75 (+5 Def and SpDef)
Attack Aerial:
80/114/64/149/89/75 (+10 SpAtk)Attack Perry: 80/139/70/114/64/114 (+20 Spd)

because this follows Mix and Mega mechanics, Meloetta's pirouette form is not compatible with any form changes like mega evolution or blade/pirouette. So whenever it changes form to Pirouette, it changes from Shield, not blade.(But it attacks, so aegislash changes form when it uses an attacking move, then you use Relic song, so I think it does change from Blade)one pokemon, you only to get use one of +20 Def and +20 SDef, not both. Boosts have to be spread out, blade and shield just lets you switch those stats. You also seemed to have used custom stats for some of those. Meloetta's Aria and Pirouette forms just swap certain stats. (I did this thing above because you were making it confusing, But did you mean that after I mayde the Shield Aria combination, just swap the stats around?, also made it so Relic song can only change you to Attack Pirouette and using the move aguin or king shield changes you back to ether Blade Aria or Shield Aria)
New ability and desc:
Graceful Stance (Serene Grace + Stance Change) Graceful Stance allows Aegietta to switch between Shield Formes (high defensive stats, low offensive stats) and Attack Formes (high offensive stats, low defensive stats). Aegietta is always in Shield Forme if it is not battling, and as such, switching out reverts its Aerial Shield Forme. It changes to one of its Blade Formes when using a damaging move, and reverts to one of Shield Formes when using King's Shield.Status moves other than King's Shield will not change its form. Moves that call other moves, such as Sleep Talk, will not change Aegietta's Forme, even if they call a damaging move or King's Shield. Graceful Stance will add 50% chance of a move having an additional effect in Attack Formes.
Notable moves: Relic Song, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Focus Blast, Sacred Sword, Hyper Voice, Iron Head, Sword Dance, Iron Defence, Calm Mind, Automatize, King Shield
Role identification: This is Shulk in a Pokemon forme, it has amazing versatility and great typing, great step up and like Shulk can be used in many ways. In order for it to turn into its Perry Forme, you have to use Relic Song. Set example can be Lefti's Stall, Choice Specs, Life Orb All Out Attack, and much more.
Here Comes Another Fusion, Reserving Omanyte and Arceus

If you're looking for some Stallmons, make Blissey+Aegislash, Blissey+Deoxys-D or Blissey+Cresselia (Blisselia sounds cool) and you'll have the ultimate Stallmon.

That would be illegal as Fusions cannot f us e a pokemon that has above 670 BST.

Parents:
Sylveon + Infernape
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Sylvernape
New Type: Fairy/Fire
New Base Stats: 95/94/78/117/110/94 (BST: 588)
New Ability and Desc: Cute Charm + Blaze = Tinder: Fire- type moves have a 30% chance of causing infatuation.
Notable Moves: Stealth Rock, Taunt, Heal Bell, Wish, Slack Off, Moonblast, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Endeavor, Reflect, Light Screen, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Vacuum Wave, Yawn, Magic Coat
Role Identification: Bulky support. It has a pretty good defensive spread, a wide support movepool, and reliable recovery; basically, everything it needs to fill that role. Plus, Fairy/Fire isn't half bad, as defensive typings go. Notably, it's one of the few type combinations that resists Hazard's dual STABs. It also has a solid SpA stat and plenty of coverage options if you want to go offensive.

resubbing and buffing Whimsichu, since looking back it was the only part of my previous submissions that I'm proud of.

Parents: Whimsicott and Raichu
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Whimsichu
New type: Electric/Fairy
New base stats: 70/88/80/93/87/123
New ability and desc: Staticeer - Increases the priority of moves that can cause paralysis and status moves.
Notable moves: Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt, Synthesis, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Wish, Aromatherapy
Role identification: Well, with no way to get Gale Wings on a fusion, Whimsichu's Staticeer should tide off the Talonbird spammers with its priority Thunderbolt and Synthesis. Bird inevitably will have its stats too low to survive in a meta where HAZARD is a thing, and Whimsichu inevitably has even more set diversity with both attacking stats being usable. Around this time is when anything weak to Electric should go running for the hills. Oh, and it gets Grass coverage for those pesky Ground types that might try to, you know, vaporize it with Earthquake.

Parents: Meganium and Bastiodon
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Megatiodon
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 80/77/144/75/129/65
New ability and desc: Sturdy Overgrowth (Cannot be OHKOd. Defenses double at 1/3 HP.)
Notable moves: Aromatherapy, Synthesis, Curse, Petal Blizzard, Iron Head, Leech Seed, Stealth Rocks, Toxic
Role identification: So I hear the main issue with Bastiodon is its terrible typing and lack of recovery. Well, then, Megatiodon can say goooodbyeee, to the pain of the past. Oh wait, this isn't an ice type. Megatiodon is an outstanding wall or tank, and can set up Curses without worrying about getting worn down. Pair it with something that absorbs Fire and doesn't really care about Fighting and you can generate fun. Just hope you don't get in the 34~40 range...

Now, as illegal as it is, I still wanna theorymon Slaking+Regigigas a bit, just for fun.

Slakigigas
DNA donors: Slaking and Regigigas

DNA donors:
Mantine and Raikou
Offspring name: Manrai (pronounced MANRAY)
New type: Water/Electric
New base stats: 90/62/75/111/120/100
New ability and desc: Water Pressure: Water-type moves that hit Manrai heal it and lose extra PP as per Pressure.
Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Discharge, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Signal Beam, Extrasensory, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Rain Dance, Thunder Wave, Calm Mind, Tailwind
Role identification: A specially defensive support 'mon that does well on Rain teams. It can set up Rain and Tailwind before Volt Switching on out, or in a pinch use the Rain to its advantage with boosted Scald and STAB 100% accurate Thunder. Thunder Wave can be used to debilitate faster threats, and eats Scalds that would potentially cripple any physical sweepers you may have. It unfortunately lacks the recovery (outside of Water Pressure) to be a true wall, but Manrai has plenty of potential as a valuable support player.
