I'll swing by every now and again, I've just been very busy somewhat recently. I'll be sure to update the title from now on though.Not sure if anyone else noticed, but Valmanway updated the Title :D
Is he gonna come back to M4A though?...

____________________________________________________________________________Alolan Ninetales-Mega
Ability: Snow Cloak/Snow Warning ----> Lanakila Force (Sand Force, but boosts Ice and Fairy moves in Hail)
Typing: Ice/Fairy
Stats:
HP: 73 ----> 73
Attack: 67 ----> 67
Defense: 75 ----> 95 (+20)
Special Attack: 81 ----> 141 (+60)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 100
Speed: 109 ----> 129 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 505 ----> 605 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Earth Power, Focus Blast, Tail Glow
Description: Years of living on Mount Lanakila has allowed Mega Alolan Ninetales to utilise the Hail very well; It now powers up its Ice- and Fairy-type moves. Its tails grow bigger and stand completely upright, and glow with a mysterious light.
Competitively, Mega Alolan Ninetails aims to set its own Hail and then use it to wallbreak heavily, or set up a Tail Glow before getting a few kills, as 141 Special Attack at +3 with Lanakila Force boosted STABs is gonna hurt. However, once it mega evolves, it can no longer set the Hail for itselft again later on. Its new coverage moves in Earth Power and Focus Blast help it break through Steel- and Poison-types.
Thanks for counting votes! To be fair, I don't think we should have to say what the mega stones are called as Gamefreak uses a fairly uniform code for the names, but feel free to include them if you really want to. (These 2 would be Alosandslite and Aloninetite.)since voting seems to have come to an end. The current winners are:

The Meowstic genders having the same mega disappoints me. I am disappointed.
Reuniclus-Mega
Ability: Power Fist (makes contact moves Special)

Movepool Additions: ~
Description: They use their psychic powers to control their arms, right? So why not an ability that turns contact moves Special?
Custom abilites are not allowed.Reuniclus-Mega
Ability: Power Fist (makes contact moves Special)
No exception are allowed.
Mega Reuniclus
Ability - Overcoat / Magic Guard / RegeneratorGelationous Body (Boosts the user's SpDef when hit by an attack)[Stamina Clone]{I know Stamina is 4 and the limit is 3.5 but please make an exception}
Same mega means same ability.
Mega Meowstic
Male Ability - Keen Eye / Infiltrator / PranksterSheer Force
Male Ability - Keen Eye / Infiltrator / CompetitveAdaptability
Custom abilites are not allowed.
Custom abilities are allowed if the user provides code
No exception are allowed.
Some exceptions are allowed if the user can justify why it won't be broken.
Same mega means same ability.
We still need Macemaster to confirm this. They may be allowed different abilities but the same stats
False. In fact, I suggested the ruling on custom abilities in the first place!Custom abilites are not allowed.
Darling, please do get around to getting quote formatting down. But yes, last time I checked the ruling, all of this is correct.literally nothing, this message was only added so it would display
I'll wait for the council to say what they think of two abilities for Meowstic, considering they do have two different HAs. As of Reuniclus, as far as I'm participating on this Pet Mod many exceptions to the ability ranking have been created, I just forgot to explain why Gelatinous body was balanced in my mega Reuniclus, which I'll edit asapNo exception are allowed.
Same mega means same ability.
Ok sorry guys...
Mega evolution doesn't raise the HP
Mega Alolan Persian
Ability: Fur Coat / Technician / Rattled ----> Prankster
Typing: Dark / Normal
Stats:
HP: 65 ----> 85 (+20)
Attack: 60 ----> 60
Defense: 60 ----> 75 (+15)
Special Attack: 75 ----> 114 (+39)
Special Defense: 65 ----> 75 (+10)
Speed: 115 ----> 131 (+16)
Base Stat Total: 440 ----> 540 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Nature Power
Description: Sporting a great speed tier, okay defenses, and a cool new ability with STAB to back it up, M-Alolan Persian seems to be a viable addition to the tier. Prankster + Nature Power gives you priority STAB which could be really dangerous after a Nasty Plot. The second addition, Hyper Voice, was really just a flavor addition to give it usable Normal STAB and Persian gets it so...why not? It could be a considerable option if you want higher damage and don't want Tapus / Dark-types to ruin your sweep. Prankster Parting Shot is also cool. For a set I would probably use a NP sweeper with NPlot / NPower / Dark Pulse / filler status or coverage move. However its weaknesses are pretty common and 4x Fighting weakness hurts its viability.
Mega Meowstic
Ability: Keen Eye / Infiltrator / Prankster (M) Competitive (F) ----> Magic Bounce
Typing: Psychic / Fairy
Stats:
HP: 74 ----> 100 (+26)
Attack: 48 ----> 38 (-10)
Defense: 76 ----> 88 (+12)
Special Attack: 83 ----> 143 (+60)
Special Defense: 81 ----> 93 (+12)
Speed: 104 ----> 104
Base Stat Total: 466 ----> 566 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Moonblast, Recover
Description: Decent bulk, a nice defensive typing, and Magic Bounce make M-Meowstic a usable defensive Pokemon. A huge 143 base Special Attack means that it's not passive either. However , it gets walled by Steel-types unless you want to carry HP Fire. Recover gives you reliable recovery while Moonblast gives you STAB. The speed tier is not bad either.
First post here so let me know if I've made a mistake!
