Imagine a scenario like this, you have 3 Shell smashes set up before you are at 50%, that would mean you have +3 in Def/SpD, and -6 in Atk/SpA/Spe. But when you are at 50%, you have +6 Atk/SpA/Spe and -3 Def/SpD, and you are ready to sweep. Some bad points about this mon is it's stealth rock and priority weakness.
