It wasn't, actually. By "remain legal", he meant that it should remain legal for Pokemon who have Snow Cloak as their only ability (Froslass). Because Mamoswine can have two abilities, Snow Cloak should be banned for it. Here is a PM between me and BKC (who is on the DPP council) confirming this.Snow Cloak was unbanned here
Emergency Exit (and Eject Button) cancels your switch from Volt Switch (or U-turn). Note that this might not be properly coded on the client, so it may show the text for you Volt Switching when in fact what you actually did was a regular switch.https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7ou-1075819161
Turn 11 my opponent gets an extra turn where he shouldn't with Volcarona...is this some weird interaction with Emergency Exit?
This video walks through everything the utility umbrella does. It gets quite confusing at some points.May I get additional clarification on the effects of utility umbrella from above post?
That's not a bug, the server hasn't been updated yet. Just be patient.https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/np-nu-stage-1-criminal-see-post-10.3660646/post-8385934
Everything banned from NU in this post is still usable on the ladder.

My opponents pokemon was suddenly faster than me and I cannot figure out why (cherrim vs dynamaxed dampa)
I already reported this lolIt appears that the Pledges are glitched when used with a Dynamax move based off a pledge. Water Pledge should be 80 power and hit regardless I believe (not 100% sure in-game) of whether the Dynamax move was off of say Fire Pledge or say Mystical Fire, as a glitched "combo." You can see how Water Pledge works in the second replay differently when used by itself. Basically in the first battle Water Pledge fails when it should probably have 80 power in-game and be able to be used by itself, because the Charizard was using Gmax Wildfire, not Fire Pledge, plus it was asleep. It is the last turn of the first replay I am referring to.

This was recently fixed and is pending a hotpatch.coalossal gmove make 1/8 damege for 3 turn and not ,like serebii say, 1/6 for 4 turns is a bug or an error on serebii?
If a tournament has only 1 player when the autodq timer reaches 0, it fails to start the tournament and doesn't attempt anything else. This is a known bug.http://logs.psim.us:8080/littlecup/2020-03/2020-03-11.html#14:59
Idk if this was a one time issue but the automatic tour starting timer didnt work
Confirming that 1) is correct. Parting Shot into Mirror Armor lowers the Parting Shot user's Attack and Special Attack, then the Parting Shot user should switch. 2) however, is incorrect; Speed is processed in three steps:1)

Turn 8. Incineroar goes for Parting Shot into a Mirror Armor Corviknight, Incineroar gets the drops and no one switches out. Same situation on cart, Incineroar gets the drops and then switches out. (don't have video proof rn but can provide it if needed)
2)
Max speed Venusaur hits 145, when paralized it hits 72, when paralized in sun it should hit 144; showdown correctly shows 144 as the speed value, but it stores 145 because x2 and /2 cancel out before roundings; on showdown a Venusaur in this situation outsped a max speed Togekiss, which hits 145. I'm pretty sure that it's actual speed value should be 144 but can't say for sure, either way there is a discrepancy in what is shown and what it is calculated.
pokeRound is how we refer to the method by which Pokemon rounds numbers. Pokemon rounds normally (0.4 -> 0, 0.9 -> 1), except 0.5 rounds down to 0.What is pokeRound?
