Aight so apparently:
Regieleki gets both Volt Switch and EBall, but coverage is trash (only other coverage from Special moves it gets is rock and normal, can't hit ground types either
Spectrier has trash coverage but gets NP soooooo
Regidrago has DD and interesting coverage, perhaps it could be decent in OU?
took this info from serebii btw
How does it have nothing for ground types when you just said it gets Energy Ball? What am i reading?

Does this spell the end of OU Zeraora, now that there's something that outspeeds it by a mile and is able to run a modest/adamant nature?
Absolutely not.
While Regieleki is so fast it can outspeed Scarf Rotom-Wash without any investment, Regieleki has a piss poor move pool.

I still believe Regieleki will be viable simply because of its speed, but it will be mostly used as a Pokemon that targets certain sweepers.

Tbh the data mine might not be completely finished as evidenced by the fact that no mon seems to learn Steel Beam, so who knows? Maybe the mons missing moves here might just be the result of a mistake.

A couple benchmarks timid max speed Regieleki hits:

Regieleki (max speed + nature): 548

Modest Kingdra in rain: 538
Jolly Dracozolt in sand: 409
Adamant Blaziken at +2: 518
Timid Choice Scarf Gengar: 525
Adamant Choice Scarf Cinderace: 505

Here's what choice scarf timid regieleki hits:

Regieleki: 822
Jolly Excadrill in sand: 604
Timid Alolan Raichu in Electric Terrain: 700
Timid Scarf Dragapult: 631
Jolly Blaziken at +3: 710
Timid Kingdra in Rain: 590
Scarf Jolly Dracozolt in Sand: 819
Adamant +2 Dragapult: 766

might be overkill but if u want speed u get speed

Edit: Regieleki gets Extremespeed thank god because it needs priority so it can beat timid kingdra and scarf sets can beat Scarf Excadrill in Sand

hey i just commented this a few minutes ago and i think i got an answer.
draco meteor and steel beam are nonexistent on the leaks because they are type tutors.
They are exceptions and it seems like it is implied that they are only on mons of their respective type(with the only exception of draco on jirachi and silvallies)

Why are we naming benchmarks like this is a viable Pokémon??

Jirachi got Draco in an event, and Silvally can be Dragon-type.

On a serious note, how are you guys feeling about the tapus now, with no good movepool additions? Do you still think they'll be good in the meta game, or be less dominant than gen 7?
I'm disappointed for Koko and Lele.
I still would have rather used Rillaboom over Bulu anyways, with it still lacking U-turn and Knock Off, but now there is less of a reason to use Bulu over Rillaboom.
Tapu Fini would rarely use Misty Explosion anyways.

Holy shit he do be talking tho!!!!

Lele's gonna be great, at least.

Koko will at least be an Electric Terrain enabler that isn't complete dogshit, Bulu might offer something for defensively-oriented teams since Rilla is waaaaaaay better offensively, and Fini... well, I don't know what Fini really does besides click Defog.
