If Gamefreak doesn't give us the option to romance the DILF in the Gen 6 remakes I'm committing a federal crimeactually that isn't true. the worst part is that we'll never get to see professor sycamore's fat fucking nuts
as long as you qualify it by agreeing it was ”rlly sad tho”can you call a film based on a true story predictable? feels a little redundant idk
I mean they added the whole Jack and rose story that wasn’t real, that’s what I meant by it was predictablecan you call a film based on a true story predictable? feels a little redundant idk
surely that would be the lease predictable part tho? bc it was the only bit that didn't happen irlI mean they added the whole Jack and rose story that wasn’t real, that’s what I meant by it was predictable
I mean obviously I knew that the rest was gonna happen but the stuff that wasn’t real was quite predictablesurely that would be the lease predictable part tho? bc it was the only bit that didn't happen irl
If they were spouting racist or homophobic garbage then they deserve to be shit on.Cancel culture is the equivalent of verbally defecating on people
When you compare it to the other shifty attempts at making a movie of that book it's outstanding. Agree the lighting could have been better and some of the lines were drowned out by "background" music, but I (and my Dad who's been waiting for a decent movie version for ~40 years) was blown away by it. Some people might complain about it being two films, but frankly we're talking about a book the size of Lord of the Rings, trying to fit it all into 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous.Dune (2021) wasn't very good.
Haven't read the novel or seen any of the other adaptations but I'll take your word for it. As a movie on its own though it just felt too long and poorly paced to keep my interest. When you compare it to the other shifty attempts at making a movie of that book it's outstanding. Haven't watched the movie, but gotta say, their marketing was at least a little bit very good. I'm not a movie person, yet even I was excited for this movie.Dune (2021) wasn't very good.
