Pet Mod [Gen 1] FutureProofing (Complete)

Dark: Obstagon, Umbreon (SV), Cacturne
Steel: Duraludon, Stunfisk-galar, Lucario (SV)
Fairy: Alcremie, Hatterene (SV), Mawile

Voting is now over, let's see what Pokemon will join the metagame!
Dark:
Cacturne - 3 + 2 + 1 = 6
Guzzlord - 2 + 3 = 5
Sneasel - 1 + 1 = 2
Umbreon - 3 + 2 = 5
Hoopa-U - 2 = 2
Obstagoon - 1 + 3 = 4

Steel:
Duraludon - 3 + 3 + 3 = 9
Ferrothorn - 2 + 2 = 4
Stunfisk-G - 1 + 2 = 3
Magnezone - 1 = 1
Lucario - 1 = 1

Fairy:
Hatterene - 3 + 2 = 5
Mawile - 2 + 1 + 1 = 4
Alcremie - 1 + 3 + 3 = 7
Audino - 2 = 2

Welcome Cacturne, Duraludon, and Alcremie to the metagame!
:rs/cacturne:
Pokémon: Cacturne
Category: Dark
New Type:

Stats: 70/70/90/80/80
New Moves: Amnesia, Lash Out, Mega Drain, Thunderbolt, Stun Spore, Poison Powder
Removed Moves: Low Kick, Swords Dance, Thunder Punch
Competitive Overview: Amnesia user that isn't Snorlax or a Water-type. Wow!
:ss/duraludon:
Pokémon: Duraludon
Category: Steel
New Type: Rock / Dragon
Stats: 70 / 95 / 95 / 110 / 85
New Moves: Earthquake, Ice Beam, Flamethrower
Removed Moves: Thunder Wave
Competitive Overview: swords dance sweeper, having sadly its two STABs be Snarl and Rock Slide, wich arent too bad since its offensive stats are good, and its defensive stats as well. it has alright coverage in ice, electric and fire, and earthquake if you go solely physical. Heavy Slam also gos off its defense stat, wich hits 95, wich is quite nice. Slash probably wouldn't be much useful, but it gets that.
:ss/alcremie:
Pokémon: Alcremie
Category: Fairy
New Type: Normal / Ice
Stats: 75 / 60 / 75 / 121 / 64 (395 BST)
New Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Mega Drain
Removed Moves: Fake Tears, Recover
Competitive Overview: Stats are just okay, but a very nice typing (something that would never again be said of Normal / Ice), high Special, and access to Acid Armor should let Alcremie carve out a niche. Mind the Fighting-types though.
:cacnea:
Pokémon: Cacnea
New Type:

Stats: 50/35/70/55/60
New Moves: Amnesia, Lash Out, Mega Drain, Thunderbolt, Stun Spore, Poison Powder

Removed Moves: Recover

Now, we'll have a another 24 hour discussion phase as I get these coded!

See you tomorrow for the next slate!

It's been 24 hours, so time to start slate 10. As I said during the last move slate, that was the last move slate, so this slate is another Pokemon slate! However, this is also slate 10, which is a good point to stop and decide where we'll go in the future, which may include more move slates, so stay tuned for that. For now, let's start slate 10!

- Pokémon Slate 6 -

This slate is a Pokemon Slate, where you can add any future gen Dark, Steel, and Fairy-type Pokémon to the metagame!
Rules (Also on the OP)
- During Pokemon slates, you will sub any future generation Dark, Steel, or Fairy-type Pokemon and adapt it into a Gen 1 environment by changing their typing, stats, and movepool.
- You are allowed to sub 1 Pokemon of each type during the slate. You must specify which voting category your Pokemon fits into (as denoted on the submission template below), which covers for cases like Bisharp or Grimmsnarl, who have multiple future typings.
- When subbing Pokemon, you will change their typing (obviously), as well as their stats and movepools. Movepools are based on their current generation movepools, automatically including any move they learn that exists in Gen 1 + any moves added to the mod through Move Slates that they already learn (keep this in mind if you sub anything that learns Snarl, Steel Wing, or Strange Steam).
- Pokemon subs can be vetoed if they are broken, so try to stay in OU's power level. This especially important for Slate 1 as we don't want to change the power level of the metagame that much so early.
- Eligible Pokemon from Legends: Arceus can be submitted, including Qwilfish-Hisui, Overqwil, Sliggo-Hisui, Goodra-Hisui, and Enamorus.
- Future Gen Pokemon who have a Mega Evolution that give them one of the eligible types are allowed to be subbed as their base form. This allows you to sub Altaria and Audino as Fairies.
- To decide what gets added to the metagame, we'll use a non-ranked vote. Whichever sub gets the most votes in each category will win and get added to the metagame, giving us ~3 new Pokemon each slate and ~30 new Pokemon throughout the mod.
- Any prevolutions of the Pokemon you sub that win will automatically be added. Their stats, typing, and movepools will be decided by council based on your winning sub, so you do not have to include these with your submission.
- Submissions for Pokemon slates last 5 days, with 1 day of voting and 1 day of a discussion phase

Pokémon: (The name of the Pokemon you're submitting. It must be an existing Pokemon from a future generation)
Category: (The category you're submitting to, being either Dark, Steel, or Fairy. It must be one of the typings it has in the current generation)
New Type: (The type of the Pokemon you're submitting. You can only use the types that exist in Gen 1)
Stats: (The stats of the Pokemon. Remember that Gen 1 only has 5 stats because Special Attack and Special Defense are the same stat.)
New Moves: (Any new moves you're giving to the Pokemon you're submitting. Remember that the Pokemon's base movepool is based on what moves it currently learns that exist in Gen 1. To find a Pokemon's base movepool, use the command /ms [pokemon], gen1, natdex, all in any Showdown chat)
Removed Moves: (Any moves you're removing from the Pokemon's base movepool. Remember that the Pokemon's base movepool is based on what moves it currently learns that exist in Gen 1, use the command /ms [pokemon], gen1, natdex, all in any Showdown chat)
Competitive Overview: (A brief competitive description of the Pokemon you're submitting, what it does in the metagame, and why you think it should be added.)

Pokémon: Persian-Alola
Category: Dark
New Type: Normal
Stats: 65 / 75 / 70 / 85 / 100 (395 BST)
New Moves: Surf
Removed Moves: None
Competitive Overview: Persian-Alola is a frightening pokemon with being the second fastest sleeper & access to Amnesia allowing for scary set up attempts. It also has Taunt but its not usually worth running it.

Persian-Alola
Ability: No Ability
- Hypnosis
- Amnesia
- Thunderbolt / Hyper Beam
- Slash / Hyper Beam

Due to the new Ice mon also being Normal and also the fact that it’s been rejected like 4 times, you have all lost Sneasel privileges for the foreseeable future

Pancake again
:swsh/stunfisk-Galar:
Pokémon: Stunfisk-Galar
Category: Steel
New Type: Ground / Electric
Stats: 99 HP / 101 Atk / 99 Def / 75 Spc / 52 Spe (426 HP)
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Conversion
Removed Moves: Bind
Competitive Overview: Electric type physical wall? In my Gen 1? it's more likely than you think. I'm still genuinely surprised at the amount of times Gunfisk was subbed but never once in its original typing. Just click EQ against most mons, especially Rhydon, but consider mixing it up with some Electric moves on a decent Spc stat. Decently checked by Dugtrio, and shouldn't be switched in against Starmie.

:umbreon:
Pokémon: Umbreon
Category: Dark
New Type: Poison
Stats: 60 HP / 110 ATK / 65 DEF / 65 SPC / 130 SPE
New Moves: Poison powder, Acid, Sludge, Hypnosis and Sword dance.
Removed Moves: Growth & non gen 1 moves.
Competitive Overview: If Jolteon and Vaporeon weren't enough to give Flareon inferioty complex then Umbreon kills any kind of dignity it had left, the moon stone eeveelution has the worst typing in the game yet manages to have niche in the RBY metagame, Umbreon is the FASTEST pokemon with hypnosis, sword dance AND taunt while also having a +100 attack on top.

-Sludge/Body slam/Hyper beam
-Double kick/Snarl
-Hypnosis
-Sword dance/Headbutt/Taunt

Umbreon can be extremely annoying to fight against with its surprisingly decent movepool and stats, however, don't forget that it's a frail poison type and most of its sets get walled by Ghosts or ground types.

:durant:
Pokémon: Durant
Category: Steel
New Type: Bug/Ground
Stats: 60 HP / 110 ATK / 110 DEF / 50 SPC / 105 SPE
New Moves: Leech life, harden, Twineedle, Mega drain, Earthquake, heavy slam and sword dance.
Removed Moves: Thunder wave & anything that wasn't in RBY.
Competitive Overview: Durant is tied with Scyther for the fastest bug type in the game, but unlike Scyther it has one of the best dual types in the game (definitely the best among the bug mons at least), being Bug/Ground means it can safely switch in on jolteon (that isn't running body slam) and has a great match up against the rock types + Steelix.

-Earthquake
-Rock slide
-Twineedle/Heavy slam/Agility
-Sword dance/Harden

Durant can hit anything really hard, if something (that isn't itself) resists earthquake then it's weak to either rock slide or twineedle and with SD on top it can easily sweep; Agility can be useful to negate PRZ and against the likes of Zam and Starmie while Mega drain makes the rhydon/Steelix matchup better.

:grimmsnarl:
Pokémon: Grimmsnarl
Category: Fairy
New Type: Fighting
Stats: 90 HP / 105 ATK / 85 DEF / 80 SPC / 75 SPE
New Moves: Submission, heavy slam, harden, thunderbolt, thunder, Earthquake and Rock slide.
Removed Moves: Elemental punches + anything after rby.
Competitive Overview: Grimmsnarl is like a Machamp that gave up some of its attack for more bulk and speed, which kind of makes sense considering that it attacks with its hard body hair (ew) rather than its muscles. That hair also creates static electricity which is the in-universe reason why it can use electric moves btw.

-Low kick/heavy slam
-Taunt/body slam
-Thunderwave/Rock slide/Thunderbolt
-Earthquake/Lash out

Similar to tapu koko in someways, but the bulk and movepoll are enough to make it standout.

:xy/malamar:
Pokémon: Malamar
Category: Dark
New Type:

Stats: 86/92/88/92/73
New Moves: Surf, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Swords Dance, Body Slam, Hydro Pump
Removed Moves: Lash Out
Competitive Overview: okay so imagine Tentacruel but trade legitimately insane stats for a real typing and Thunderbolt. Malamar obviously faces MASSIVE competition from Starmie and Slowbro, but Malamar's unique traits of Swords Dance, Slash, and Hypnosis can give it a niche
Malamar
- Surf / Psychic
- Blizzard
- Slash
- Wrap

Malamar
- Body Slam / Hyper Beam
- Psychic
- Swords Dance
- Wrap
Bind, Constrict, Cut, Disable, Double Team, Flamethrower, Flash, Hyper Beam, Hypnosis, Light Screen, Peck, Psybeam, Psychic, Psywave, Reflect, Rest, Rock Slide, Slash, Substitute, Tackle, Thunderbolt, Toxic, Wrap, Surf, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Swords Dance, Body Slam, Hydro Pump, Taunt, Fake Tears

:dp/lucario:
Pokémon: Lucario
Category: Steel
New Type:

Stats: 70/70/70/115/90
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Flamethrower
Removed Moves: Low Kick, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Swords Dance
Competitive Overview: The plan is simple. Step 1. Vote in this Lucario as the mixed Fighting wallbreaker that Gardevoir could never be, thanks to HJK's lack of recoil, better coverage, and better bulk. Step 2. Buff Gardevoir by making it pure Psychic and giving it +20 HP. Step 3, You now have what Gardevoir should've been + an Amnesia-less Tradebacks Hypno.
Lucario
- Psychic
- High Jump Kick
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower / Agility
Agility, Bite, Counter, Dig, Double Team, Earthquake, Focus Energy, Headbutt, High Jump Kick, Hyper Beam, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Psychic, Quick Attack, Rest, Roar, Rock Slide, Screech, Strength, Substitute, Swift, Toxic, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower

:sm/mimikyu:
Pokémon: Mimikyu
Category: Fairy
New Type:

Stats: 55/54/80/80/106
New Moves: Lash Out
Removed Moves: N/A
Competitive Overview: Another Ground-weak Ghost. While Spiritomb has decent bulk and Fire Spin to let it act like a pivot that abuses Snorlax, Mimikyu uses its Ghost-typing to switch in on Normal-type moves and spread paralysis with TWave. It's much weaker than Jolteon, Zapdos, and Raichu and Raichu's Surf is a better anti-Ground move than Mimikyu's Lash Out, but the utility of the Ghost-typing alone make Mimikyu worth using, as it also allows Mimikyu to check the likes of Yveltal, Tapu Koko, and Altaria. It can even check other Electrics in a pinch as Slash by itself outdamages Jolteon and Zapdos can lose to Rest sets like it does to Jolteon. Like Spiritomb, Mimikyu sucks against Chansey (Slash only does 30% max and you don't have the moveslots for SD + Hyper Beam), but it also doesn't like Snorlax (because of a lack of ways to abuse it) or Tauros (as EQ always 2HKOs), so your non-Altaria Normals will still be fine against it if their name isn't Altaria.
Mimikyu
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Lash Out
- Rest / Slash
Double Team, Dream Eater, Hyper Beam, Leech Life, Light Screen, Mimic, Psychic, Rest, Scratch, Screech, Slash, Splash, Substitute, Swords Dance, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Toxic, Lash Out, Taunt

Stats: 101/90/83/60/95 [429]
New Moves: Earthquake, Rock Slide, [Toxic, Bide and Rage universals]
Removed Moves: Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch
Competitive Overview: Effectively immune to paralysis so there's obviously some value here, especially with 101 HP subs. Blizzard weakness and low special keeps it in check that way. Pin Missile can offer some niche use vs the Psychics.
Obstagoon
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Blizzard
- Thunder Wave / Pin Missile

:heatran:
Pokémon: Heatran
Category: Steel
New Type: Fire
Stats: 91/90/106/130/77
New Moves: none
Removed Moves: none
Competitive Overview: a viable fire type? in RBY OU? say it ain't so! Boom ensures Starmie thinks twice about coming in.
Heatran
- Fire Spin
- Body Slam
- Fire Blast
- Explosion

:togekiss:
Pokémon: Togekiss
Category: Fairy
New Type: Psychic/Flying
Stats: 85/50/95/115/80
New Moves: none
Removed Moves: Amnesia
Competitive Overview: strong psychic with EQ immunity and some phys bulk is cool. Blizzard weakness is not cool. Can spread para and has recovery.
Togekiss
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Steel Wing / Seismic Toss

hello time for a late sub review cause yoshi asked me to do one

Voting starts now!

We will have a ranked vote for each category, meaning that each submission you vote for receives points based on how you rank them. The submission with the most points in each category will be added to the metagame.

You may vote for up to 2 subs in each category for this slate (since each category only has 3-4 subs). You may vote for your own sub in each category, but you can't vote for it in first place or as your only vote. If multiple people submitted the same Pokémon in the same category, please specify the submission you're voting for by putting the submitter's username next to it

Voting Example
If you vote for 2 Pokémon
Dark
Pokémon A - Gets 2 points
Pokémon B - Gets 1 point

If you vote for 1 Pokémon
Dark
Pokémon A - Gets 1 point
Dark
Dark Pokémon A
Dark Pokémon B
Dark Pokémon C

Steel
Steel Pokémon A
Steel Pokémon B
Steel Pokémon C

Fairy
Fairy Pokémon A
Fairy Pokémon B
Fairy Pokémon C

For each category, you may vote for 3 submissions. You may vote for your own submission in every category, but if can't be your only vote in that category or you're first place vote. For example:
Dark
Pokémon A (SV)

Would be an illegal ballot, but

Dark
Pokémon B
Pokémon A (SV)
Pokémon C

Would be legal

Each Pokémon you vote for in each category also has to be in the same category, so the following would be illegal
Dark
Dark Pokémon A (SV)
Fairy Pokémon B
Steel Pokémon C

But this would be legal
Dark
Dark Pokémon A (SV)
Dark Pokémon B
Dark Pokémon C

There are no vetoes this slate.

Voting will end in 24 hours

Dark: Obstagoon
Steel: Durant, Stunfisk (SV), Heatran
Fairy: Mimikyu

Apologies for not subbing more. Expect Crawdaunt and Klefki next slate, along with another Steel (or possibly Fairy) mon

Voting is now over, let's see what Pokémon will join the metagame!
Dark:
Malamar - 2 + 1 = 3
Obstagoon - 1 + 2 + 1 = 4

Steel
:
Stunfisk-G - 2 + 2 + 1 = 5
Durant - 1 + 2 = 3
Lucario - 1 = 1

Fairy:
Mimikyu - 2 + 1 = 3
Togekiss - 1 = 1

We'll now enter a discussion phase and we decide where to go next!

Popping in for a quick announcement in that FutureProofing now has a playable Random Battle format on DH!

Special thanks to Rezzo for helping me fix up so of DH's past gen randbats code, as this is the first past gen randbats format on DH and opens the door for other past gen mods to have randbats formats now, which is super exciting. As for FutureProofing Randbats itself, I find it a ton of fun, so I very much hope that you try it out!

Long time no see!

After our little 11 day break, the council has decided how to move forward with FutureProofing.

The TL;DR of it is that we do want to dive into more playtesting in the future, but for now we figure it's best to resume slates, starting with a move slate as people were wanting more move slates after the final one. With that, let's begin slate 11!

- Move Slate 5 -
Rules
- During Move slates, you will sub any future generation Dark, Steel, or Fairy-type move and adapt it into a Gen 1 environment by changing its typing, effect, base power, and distribution (note that the moves' final distribution is ultimately decided by council)
- You will be allowed to sub 1 Dark move, 1 Steel move, and 1 Fairy move during Move slates, which one of each being added to the metagame at the end of the slate. You don't have to specify categories like in Pokémon slates because moves can only have 1 type anyway
- Note that type categories are decided by type in Gen 1. Normal, Fighting, Flying, Ground, Bug, Poison, Ghost, and Rock are Physical, while Grass, Fire, Water, Psychic, Dragon, Electric, and Ice are Special.
- When adapting moves, try to keep the feel of the original but be sure to stay within the limits of Gen 1, so you cannot add any new major mechanics with the moves you're adding (i.e. If you subbed Ceaseless Edge, you couldn't make it set Spikes because Spikes don't exist in Gen 1. Instead, you could give the move a poison chance or make it a partial trapping move). If you add a more minor mechanic (i.e. if you made Ceaseless Edge deal a little damage for a few turns after use but not as a trapping move), it may be allowed, but that is up to the council's discretion
- Moves from Legends: Arceus are allowed to be subbed (this applies to Pokémon as well). This means that you can submit Ceaseless Edge, Springtide Storm, and Shelter during move slates
- Submissions for Move slates last 5 days, with 1 day of voting and 1 day of a discussion phase
- Voting works the same as it does for Pokémon slates (which are now Ranked Votes)
Move: (Name of the slate move you're adapting)
Type: (New type of the move)
Power: (Base Power of the move)
Accuracy: (The Accuracy of the move, a multiple of 5 between 30% and 100%. Put -- if it has perfect accuracy or doesn't have an accuracy check)
PP: (Power Points of the move. Must be a multiple of 5)
Effect: (Any effects of the move, like secondary effects, or inherent effects like Counter's.)
Distribution: (Possible distribution of the move. Remember that council can add or remove Pokemon from your list if your sub wins)
Justification: (A brief competitive description of the move you're submitting, what it does in the metagame, how it buffs the Pokemon you're giving to, and why you think it should be added.)

Move: Knock Off
Type:

Power: 65
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect: Deals 1.5x damage if the target is statused. Removes their status condition.
Distribution::persian::lickitung::dodrio::clefable::wigglytuff::raticate::beedrill::dewgong::golduck::hitmonlee::kingler::machamp::sandslash:
Justification: Neat option to abuse how common status conditions are in RBY and allow you to remove unwanted status conditions a la Haze, like un-paralyzing a Chansey so you can try to freeze it later. Does have the downside of allowing your opponent to undo your progress if they play around it well, though, and it competes with generally good move Body Slam

Submissions will end in 5 days

Move: Brutal Swing
Type: Dragon
Power: 90
Accuracy: 100
PP: 8
Effect: Locks the target in for 2-3 turns, and then confuses it
Distribution: :charmander: :larvitar: :dratini: :deino: :gyarados:
Justification: We still never added Dragon STAB soooo... Outrage is cool and it's unresisted so it's pretty easy to click buttons with.

Move: Smart Strike
Type: Ground
Power: 70
Accuracy: 100
PP: 16
Effect: High critical hit ratio
Distribution: :fearow: :rhyhorn: :beedrill: :sandshrew: :nidoqueen: :nidoran-m: :rapidash: :seel: :onix: :goldeen: :lapras: :karrablast:
Justification: Drill Run seems cool here.

Move: Moonlight
Type: Normal
Power:
Accuracy:
PP: 8
Effect: Restores 50% HP
Distribution: :clefairy: :oddish: :exeggcute: :nidoran-f: :venonat: :growlithe: :ponyta: :butterfree: :bellsprout: :tangela: :scyther: :moltres: :nidoran-m: :bulbasaur: :paras:
Justification: Accessible 50% recovery at the cost of limited PP. Some of these would be very big benefactors from it. (combined learnsets from Moonlight, Morning Sun and Synthesis because they're all effectlvely clones here)

Move: Aromatic Mist
Category: Fairy
Type: Normal
Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
PP: 32
Effect: Raises the user's Spc by 1.
Distribution: :koffing::snorlax::seel::vaporeon::flareon::psyduck::venonat::lapras:
Description: Calm Mind aka Mini Amnesia. Could be given to Alcremie but that might be a mistake. Also just remove Lapras from the distribution list if its too good.

Move: Fiery Wrath
Type:

Power: --
Accuracy: 90%
PP: 15
Effect: Burns the foe
Distribution::moltres::arcanine::ninetales::gardevoir::spiritomb::charizard::rapidash::magmar::weezing::whimsicott::mew: (:gengar:?)
Justification: Burn is pretty awful in Gen 1, so having a move that just does that is pretty unimpressive, but burn still has some merit, notably neutering Tauros in case a lot of your team gets paralyzed, which makes it absolutely certain that it can't clean up, and being able to burn physical attackers that are immune to Thunder Wave or don't care about being slower like Steelix, Rhydon, and Snorlax. Just be careful using it so you don't accidentally burn a Chansey

Move: Autotomize
Type:

Power: --
Accuracy: --
PP: 20
Effect: Raises the user's Attack and Speed by 1 stage
Distribution::gyarados::golbat::hitmonlee::arcanine::nidoking::nidoqueen:
Justification: I have created Dragon Dance. Went with Autotomize instead of Shift Gear to not overlap with Gear Up's flavor. Generally given decently strong but slow attackers or already fast and kind weak mons.

Move: Fairy Lock
Type:

Power: 15
Accuracy: 70
PP: 15
Effect: Wrap clone
Distribution::wigglytuff::clefable::alcremie::golduck: + others
Justification: Look, I'm very short on time, so here's slightly more partial trapping distribution. Psychic gives it the best coverage type of the partial trapping moves, but it's doing 0 damage anyways so it's not that big. Clefable and Wigglytuff can both use it to great effect combined with Hyper Beam or Fake Tears + Blizzard

EDIT: I remembered

Move: Parting Shot
Type: Bug
Power:
70
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 32
Effect: Switches out the user if the move connects
Distribution: :butterfree: :beedrill: :pidgey: :rattata: :spearow: :zubat: :venomoth: :meowth: :mankey: :farfetch’d: :scyther: (:scizor: too) :articuno: :zapdos: :moltres: :mew: :whimsicott: :hydreigon: :yveltal: :Tapu-koko: :obstagoon:
Justification: Literally just U-Turn. Distributed to every Mon in the mod that gets it + Goon because it uses the original move. I’m interested to see how an offensive pivoting move would work in a meta like this.

Move: King’s Shield
Type: Normal
Power:
N/A
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 16
Effect: it’s protect
Distribution: it’s protect
Justification: it’s protect

Move: Spirit Break
Type: Ghost
Power:
80
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 24

Effect: 20% chance of lowering Pokémon’s Spc by 1 stage
Distribution: :gengar: :spiritomb: :mimikyu: :parasect: (feel free to add more)
Justification: Actual fucking Ghost move. That’s all the justification it needs.
