your friend's blastoise has an illegal moveset

my question: I looked up on Serebii and I can't seem to figure out how Togepi learns Tri-attack. Is it a breedable move or is there some secret trick that I don't know?

In pokemon XD gale of darkness you can get one.
 
I have a Lvl 100 Blissey, 252/252 Hp/Def EVs, Bold. Moveset:
Aromatherapy
Counter
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
(Yes, it's ExpertEvan's.)
Is there any way I can convert this to an Uber-tier Blissey?
 
What nature is Blissey? With a +Defense nature and +252 DEF and +252 HP spread, you will need
an attack power of 516, without STAB.
How powerful is Return with maximum hapiness,anyway? I'm trying to see what I could do with Ursaring's massive attack power.
 
Does STAB affect whether a move is affected by the technician ability?

For example; if I had a Scyther with wing attack and technician would it count as 135 base power or would STAB push its power to 90 and cancel the effect of technician?

Base Power is not affected by STAB in any way.

People only say things like "CC has 180 Base Power with STAB" becasue it is a useful approximation to compare the power of STABEed moves to other ones.

without hacking, this is probably your most reliable bet.
NOTE: How to get a Smeargle with BOTH attacks in the first place:
1) Catch a Smeargle w/ Sketch
2) Go into a double battle with Smeargle and someone who knows Ice Punch / Pursuit as your starters.
3) Have the other pokemon use Ice Punch / Pursuit on an opponent.
4) Have Smeargle Sketch your own pokemon's attack.
5) Use a Heart Scale to make Smeargle remember Sketch, and repeat.

Just replace Pursuit/Ice Punch with Energy Ball/Hypnosis.

Let me guess, you're breeding a Vulpix.
 
If you max out one Pokemon's Happiness and Pal Park it, does it lose it's happiness (resets to 70) or does it stay happy?

VS Seeker is gotten from Rowan's Assistant between the 2nd and 3rd gym battle.

The best two place, IMHO, are the Seaking Trainer (PI Carlos) near the top of Route 214, and the Trainer on route 228 (???) With the Chansey, Rapidash, and Ambipom. Tge second one is in sandstorm though.

It resets, since it is with a new trainer.

No, it only activates when hit with a fire attack
 
In the Crawdaunt analysis, it says that minimum speed Meganium has 192 speed. However, I recently calculated that it should have 196... which is true? If I'm right and they are wrong, I have to re-EV train my crawdaunt to assess this threat.
