It's just that rain dance is so commonly learned, unless the Pokemon is particularly good at using Rain Dance, it's not really important to mention that it learns it... generally...

OK, so I assume team changes between rounds are legal, so I'll just use the team I entered into the database for the first round against Floppy, and change it for next round.

Some rules questions for the VGC tournament:
a) It seems that the official VGC rules have come out, and they're using team preview (you get to see the species of the opponent's team, then pick 4 from your 6), and disallow changing items between rounds. Given that we're using that in future rounds but not this round, will we be able to change our team between rounds? (Could we anyway? I can't tell from the OP.)
b) If so, I need to adapt my team to the new rules, and would like you to remove my existing team entry from the database (my first-round match hasn't happened yet). Even if not, I've got rather better at VGC during the Smogon downtime, although I appreciate that you might choose not to allow team changes before the first round. (If we can change teams between rounds, it's not a problem; I'll just use my old team round 1.)
