The mentorship program is something we've got going on to help new users out with any kinds of questions they have involving smogon or competitive pokemon. This includes things like team building, which is what you asked me about before.

This group of users is here to help you out, and the easiest way to get in touch with them is on the IRC channel, which-- while you probably can't make use of it on a wii-- would allow you to chat with people in real-time. They might help you build a team or hook you up with resources that would assist you in doing so.

You can identify "mentors" on the forum because they have the word "Mentor" printed on the lower-left hand corner of their posts, several lines below their forum avatar.

If you'd like to, you can ask someone who is better-versed in team building than I am. To do that, just check out this page and look at the mentors listed for "Battling 101" or "Rate my team". While it's not a guarantee that these users would help you build a team themselves, they might at least be able to direct you to someone who would be willing to work with you.

Your best bet for getting help immediately would be stepping onto the IRC channel, but asking one of the mentors or signing up for the battling 101 program is probably what you'd be looking for in lieu of that.
believe it or not, I'm not much of an OU player at all. But I know some people who would be glad to help you.

First and foremost, If you've never seen it before, check out smogon's mentorship program-- there's a link on that page to the mentorship IRC channel, where there are users who would be happy to give you a hand.

If you're looking to learn how to build a team and don't want to use IRC, Smogon's Battling 101 program is the place you're looking for. However, the next sign-ups are not for another 2 weeks (or so I'm told) although it is there for you as a resource!

Lastly, If you've already built a team and want to get some feedback, give the rate my team forum a try! Read up on the rules first-- users will give you feedback on your team to improve it. It might not be the best if you're just starting out, but it could be helpful if you've got a team you're experienced with.

Let me know if I can help you further.

    Thank you!
    I'm not really mad lol

I'm just disappointed because its one of my favorite groups

But don't leave, as long as you don't piss them off, like me lol
