What are the IVs of the DW Slowpoke?

I have a save state of the Naive Landorus so it's available in any ball.
I think it has to do with how many points you have; sadly to say I don't have enough. I did get a nido m into my entralink today, however, so I can do that for the lickitung if you want.
Still haven't got it in entralink yet; the computer part of dw is being annoying and not giving me slowpoke :/
No idea what the NYPC Chansey/Lickitung are, but I can't trade for anything without knowing the IVs/origin of the pokemon.

If I could do that, I would have already done it, since my Mienfoo is shit.
Also, it's not as easy as just "re-capturing it"; for one, the Landorus's seed was not shiny, and two, Mienfoo is not a stationary pokemon like Landorus so I would have to search for another seed, for wild pokemon, that is shiny, with that spread. I could do it, but at this moment: no, I won't.

I got one from Zandock but it's in a heal ball so I'll be breeding one with some egg moves later today.
