those are kind of far from your frame it depends how accurate you are so its up to you, personally I wouldn't use one but again its up to you if you can get very close to your target frame then you could still use it.
its good if you happen to land on an earlier frame, the synchronizer will advance frames until it finds the next frame that has a spread with the same nature as the synchronizer but if they are other frames near your target frame that have the same nature as your target frame then don't use one.

subtract not add if you add it to your frames then your gonna get a higher time on emloop and then your just gonna be way off so if your target frames is 1500 for example and sweet scenting takes 300 frames for example then you do 1500-300 = 1200 convert that to time in seconds and use what ever time 1200 frames gives you
start emloop and soft reset at the same time like you always do except now you have to take into account the time it take in between you clicking sweet scent on your pokemon and the actual encounter since there is a whole sweet scent animation in between and frames are still advancing while that's going on.
