    Hi Finch, I was going to ask you this in the Kyurem Suspect thread after your long post, but it's a bit off-topic. Do you think people have become more sensitive to 'brokenness' or to the 'current strongest Pokémon,' especially in Gen 9? For example, I feel like if Sun/Moon were the current generation, Ash-Greninja, Magearna, Kartana, etc., would all be suspect tested or quickbanned based on today's standards.

    I think ppl have grown tired of bans this generation due to the number of them. I think Tera remaining allowed has lead to more bans being needed. I don’t agree with the Gren Kart etc comparison regarding SM tho

    Hey, sorry to bother you, but just confirming for the Smogon Masters II tournament, the Sun and Moon category doesn't allow Pokémon from Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, right?

    It does. It’s the gen7ou tier on Pokemon Showdown, which very much includes all generation 7 legal Pokemon from the entire generation (besides those banned to Ubers, of course)

    Just wanted to tell you that I'm sorry you have to deal with a lot of people that don't appreciate your work as a Tier Leader. You and the OU council team from this gen are doing a great job for the, honestly, hell that is balancing all the gen 9 mons.

    i mean you get nominated before getting any badge, so it would be up to the leader of the section. unless it's tiering contributor, in which case you need to keep track of your votes and then message when you hit the threshold

    1. Tier-Specific Banlists

    2. Temporary Bans

    3. Ban Appeals Process

    4. Data-Driven Bans

    5. Community Involvement
