Also, to get the Scizor RNG'd, I may have to re-start my Heartgold because I have been led to believe that RNGing doesn't work on AR tainted games, but that is not affirmative at the moment.

How does that even work? The game comes boxed with a password? I sisn't think they ever did stuff like tht in America anymore. But you do have to call a switch for Justified to be viable at all, Inner Focus and Steadfast are both kinda cool
