Hey, since you think it's cool to try and patronise me when you're wrong, take a look at this thread, here.
Blitzle has not been released with its DW ability. Which means that either it, or its parent was hacked to have its DW ability.

Sorry but not interested. I don't think such thing as flawless XD Lugia exists since you can't RNG it. :p But I will believe you if you do a hackcheck for it.
According to this website [link], your Wobbuffet isn't flawless or EV'd.
Besides, it lacks an encounter type and there's no Wobbuffet in Dreamyard
