    Sorry to spam your wall some more, but I have to go. If you're not hitting the right delay, just catch a pokemon, and put the date and IVs into the Seed Finder. That will tell what delay you're getting. Good luck.
    Ahh shit, sorry, not that seed, that's the one I'm trying to hit, lol. This is the seed you want: E80E025E.
    You're making sure you're hitting the right delay with the coin flips, right? If so, to find your frame copy this seed: E507026E. Paste that in the main RNG Reporter screen in the box that says Seed (Hex). Where it says Method, do Breeding (DPPt), and click generate. Then it's just like frame callibration, check the IVs of the egg and match them up on RNG Reporter, and find your frame. Also, if you're not hitting the right delay, I can help you find what delay you're hitting.
    So you're hitting the right delay, but not the right frame? Are you constantly hitting a different one?

    That's right, except for step 4. You want to soft reset at exactly 14:06:00. What I like to do is start the game 10 seconds before, hold down L+Start+Select, then press R at 14:06:00, then press 'A' as fast as I can, then continue into the game at my second obviously. If you callibrated your seconds a different way though, do it the way you did it. That's how most people do it though.

    Okay, I got no results for 592, 594 I got some, but the IVs you inherit from parent b would mess it up, but I've got some that would work for 596. Is that okay with you?
    Hmm...I'm still not getting any results. I've got some results for 594 though. Do you know the IVs for the second parent?
    No, lol, I need the seconds it takes you hit that delay. I hope it's not 14, because I'm not getting any results in 2010 for a delay of 592 and 14 seconds. You'd have to change the delay you're going for.
    You learned to RNG? Nice man. Yeah, I can do that for you. I just need your frame you callibrated that you were on, your delay range, and the IV spread you want.
    PRNG Thread: Don't save and repeat again. If you're continually getting 4 for the save frame, then that's your calibrated save frame that you're on. Next step is soft resetting for IVs.

    Sorry ha, I went to bed. Yeah, 608 sounds right on. Sounds like you're using Platinum right? The "usual delays" for each game are:
    D/P: 620ish
    Pt: 600ish
    HG/SS: 490ish
    CPrime
    See, the problem with Emerald is that the seed is always 0, no matter what. And frame advancement just goes at 60 frames per second instead of controllable journal flips and stuff. Otherwise it would be so much easier...
    I don't think FR/LG has been completely figured out yet, but good luck if you try.

    Oh... well... ummm... You don't really actually "time it" like by yourself. Unless you're using an external timer like Pikatimer or Emloop or something, you basically just get whatever delay you happen to get. If you ARE using an external timer (even like a stopwatch though I REALLY (lol) don't recomend that, you'd start the timer the MOMENT you press "START" on your AR, and end it the MOMENT you press "Continue" on the blue screen.

    Congrats, man, RNG success is very satisfying in my opinion. I just learned how in SoulSilver yesterday and caught a flawless Timid Mewtwo. I really wish Emerald worked the same way though...

    It "basically is" seconds X 60, but the difference is that it starts the moment you hit the power on and it ends the moment you press "Continue" on the Blue Screen. You can find what delay you did hit though by going to "seed finder" in the RNG reporter, putting the exact date and time you pressed "Continue" on the blue Screen and the IVs/Nature or Stats/Nature of the first high level poke you catch.

    Thats your SECONDS. Thats how long it ttakes you to get into the game each time
    Right next to where it told you the seconds it should say DELAY
    And some number between 580-700
