Don't you have Syb's ditto? It's foreign language, don't know which, but you want need the GTS if you get it.
It's easy. Go for it. Only three stats count per pokemon, but pokes might not even inherit any of them. With RNG, you can take three perfect IVs from one parent and then get the other three "randomly", except it's not random at all because you have a seed to land you at the exact right time for the random inheritance.
