So if you put the number of blocks Serebii says, then the pokemon should appear (However, it doesn't guarantee you'll get the block pokemon for sure, you just have a chance to see it. So it could take a while to encounter one... that's why seeds where the IVs/shinyness repeat on different frames are great to use in the SZ).
