basically it's fitness thread 2.0 but it's out of sports arena now, a forum it should never have really been in in the first place since it vastly limited the audience and since when was fitness a sport anyway? Should be more active once it gets rolling and most of the #lifting guys are looking to post [insert arbitrary time period] progress updates/photos etc so it should be cool. and you honestly miss the fitness thread? It was just me, you, Styval, Venom, Stallion and pope constantly giving the same replies to the same questions ugh
