Legit checkers don't catch everything. All in all, I'd be very skeptical of someone offering you a 0/0/0/0/0/0 non-RNGed anything. I'm not accusing you of anything, just telling you to be cautious. For the longest time I had a faux wish chansey, wasted time EVing and everything. :(
FYI, things like:
PCNYd Altaria
Naïve nature
I.V.’s
0/0/0/0/0/0
are probably hacks - the statstical likelihood of such a rare pokemon having all 0s or 1s for it's IVs is absurd. If the mods catch you offering hacked pokemon, you'll be kicked off the site.

the OT & ID should suffice. For an example, refer to my trade topic.
if any were traded to you with distribution rights, at least credit/link them. It helps to have OT/ID to better prevent further confusion as well.
