    I feel you on the emu thing... But apparently not many other people on Smogon agree. =/

    Meh, I just don't see how people can consider them "legit" when it's not a legit copy of the game to begin with. But that's just me, I guess. Also, even something as simple as save states can make a huge difference when it comes to the difficulty of RNGing something...
    You don't have to have a german version to attend the VGC in Germany. You just need to have any European version.
    BTW do you play on Pokémon online?

    You are right about the cap. However I didn't attend the Worlds Championships yet, just the qualifier and I didn't succeed :(. I will try to qualify in future years. I hope to meet you at the German qualifier next year :).
