I just wanted to thank you again for that tip in RNGing for Platinum. It worked like a charm and I have now RNG'd 5 Pokemon for Platinum. My fav so far is my Modest HP Electric Heatran!!! ^_^

I mean like when you manually move the tuner and if you get close enough to a station to see text like this: "A t..s ca. .ou ... wh.."
Since I advanced my frame and stopped a frame before my target frame. And then I needed to tune to the PokeFlute Station to wake snorlax up. When I started to move the tuner I accidently got to close to one of the stations and the text like I showed you above appeared for a quick second. So I'm guessing that's what advanced my frame.
Dude if you see partial letters when tuning the radio does that advance the RNG? -
