I assumed you meant completely different PIDs. If you've ever searched by only IVs in PokéRNG, you'll have noticed spreads come in pairs, with the same IVs but a different nature. Due to their similar PIDs, if one of them is shiny, the other one will be too.
That's what you've found; I assume they both have a beneficial nature, right?
Probably not. There are 8192 sets of shiny spreads; each spread can only be in one of those (hence 1/8192 of getting a particular spread shiny). If you only have about 60 spreads you're looking for, it's very unlikely two of them will be in the same set.
