I know it's all up to the ref's discretion, but I changed my actions ever so slightly a half hour before you posted. Would there be any chance of that being acknowledged? I ask, not because I was totally haxxed out (which I totally was), but because if the actions that I ordered were used, I'd still have a Syclar out. Please? It wouldn't call for a change in rolls I don't think.

Toxic is not worthless. It must be used in the right situations, for example in order to break Lugia's Multiscale or to spam Venoshock. It's also the kind of move weak supportive mons can use to at least cause some damage in the long run.
I've not forgotten Toxic. Statuses only last (6) actions on bosses.

#2 I only have 5 fully evolved pokemon
#3 Three are in the battle Subway, two have been traded to me and the final is one pokemon.
#4 I'm going on holiday at the end of the week.
So, I might need to train up a bit, but leave that attle slot open.
