no i cannot breed it. it is impossible for me to obtain a chansey in my emerald game
in order to get it to emerald i'd have to transfer it from firered/leafgreen and i don't have any of those games

It's okay :) I wish you the best of luck trying to get it! By the way, I think Ultra ball works well since Dragonite comes out of the ball yellow which kind of matches the colors. Just my opinion though.
