If a Shedinja uses Substitute and Baton Passes it to another pokemon, does it also pass its Wonder Guard ability with the Substitute?
Yes it also automatically passes a 6+ in everything.
And also, do you think a Caterpie can survive Mewtwo's Selfdestruct if Caterpie has a Focus Sash?
No Mewtwo is so strongth it will break pies FS and double kill him.
