Hey EE, I'm just curious, if someone is distributing another's pokemon without permission and was warned by the original owner twice to take it off their thread, would I be allowed to report them? The original owner is being nice and not sure if he is going to report them.

Hi, I was told to ask you a question, I'm having issues with my wi-fi and that you might be able to help. Basically it works randomly. I only use it at my 2 friends houses or my gf's house. At my 1 friends it works fine, and my other it will work, then not work for 3 trades, then work again. Right now I'm at my gf's and earlier today I tried to do a trade and got error 86420-my router's security software (firewall) is on and may be blocking communication that is required for online gameplay. Then not even 20min later I tried to do another trade and it worked, and 4 hours after that I tried again and got the same error message. The person I was trading with suggested I turn my firewall off, I turned the firewall off on my laptop and it still didn't work. I'm using a wi-fi signal my DS picked up that I was able to use so I can't turn the router firewall off. Do you have any suggestions or know of any reason why I could be having this problem of random working wi-fi?

Yay I finally have steady access to a computer without having to go to the living room lol. I did keep trying with the regigigas but it was a complete failure. I did manage to capture the exact same regigigas like 4 times before I gave up lol. But that was several months ago. I think I might start RNGing again.Especially now because I can use RNG reporter as i need it lol.
