  • Is it just me... or has there been an overwhelming amount of useless threads being posted lately?
Oh, i might not be ready for like a day or two, but then i'll gladly ev train. Thanks again!
Yeah, I'd love to ev train for you, and I'd like to ev train the ninetails (either one) the kangaskhan, and the non-baton pass SD scizor. use my plat fc when I pick them up in the future, and I'll ev train for credits, not copies please. Thanks again!
Yay :D the Parasect is also Semi-Redis for you, let me know on when you can trade.
Best of luck on it by the way - I have to go to another city today for a prior appointment :/

So yeah...no fun, even though it's a fun city, haha. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask ^^ I'll answer upon getting it, ahaha.
You can use pandora's box to find an ID/SID combo with a shiny spread - though I've never done it, so I don't know how to do it. You can find this in RNG Reporter. Itsuki wrote a short guide on it methinks.

As for your IS/SID combo right now for random shiny spread that might be good - Wichu's PokeRNG can do that for you - when it asks to search for shiny spread, if you put "Y" it'll ask for your ID/SID ^^
Yeah, you can really put whatever in that as changing that delay box changes your timer. Just nothing unreasonable is all. I have SS at calibrated delay 400 when mine is really calibrated 450 or so and it works for me, haha.

It's always nice to have you calibrated delay values there though as that's worked for you on a consistent basis. I was just saying that in case everytime you updated your values you can't find what you hit, haha. Means most likely the seconds values are off and you can fix that by doing what I suggested or by changing your DS clock.

    Good luck :)
Yuckers, lol. You should almost assuredly hit your seconds, so I always put seconds as 0 for both boxes.
For the delay...I just put 90 on +/- to give me a large range, haha.

If you find that after updating your delays, you're 'not' getting any matches, reset the timer and see if you get a match. If you do, and the delay range is not far off from what you're getting, then update the timer again. If you keep finding that after updating, you're missing it...then that means the update is affecting your seconds. You can compensate for this by changing your calibrated delay box, but that shouldn't be done unless it's your only option left.

I hope this helped some. I'm going to bed now 5AM, haha. If you still need help with it later tonight (unlikely since PRNG is a good thread and Riski answers it quite a bit and she's awesome, haha), then feel free to send me a VM anytime :)
Erm...retry. If you're still 20delays off, then update your time with it and it'll adjust itself for you. 20delays off on adjust wouldn't change your seconds value so you're fine :)

And yesh! I wanted to compete in VGC this year soooo bad...*it was only 4hours from where I live* but my schedule was too busy for it :(
    Have fun!
OH - and to note, you can change the seconds box to however high you want in the "target second" box of pikatimer. It works the same way as changing the target delay box. Changing this will affect your first timer box - this means that if you have high delay, increasing it might save you some time on when to enter the game. This is especially true when your target delay is so high that upon entering your calibrated values into pikatimer, it jumps to 2minutes instead of 1minute time before entering game :)
And correct once more - you have RNG-ing down it would seem. If your normal delay is even, then you want an even target delay to match it - not such a big deal :)

Good luck! Let me know how it goes :)
    Correct ^_^
Just be sure to check HG/SS box when you actually do the RNGing for it ^^

    Anymore questions and don't be a stranger :) TR Ho-Oh? ^^
Erm, don't use that. Haha, it takes "forever' and I do believe you have to enter in a year (not sure since I don't use it, haha).

Download Wichu's PokeRNG program instead ^^
