you could. It's a little easier doin the steps first. Start with the flips if it helps you
Uxie's monster frame is 1. So you will have to walk 128 steps to advance your frame by 5 making sure you're in front of uxie ready to battle on the 128th step. Then do 64 page flips and talk to uxie.
134(target)-1(monster frame)-5(128 steps)= 128/2 = 64 flips
Basically, you're doing the same thing you did for Azelf.

what's your frame right now?
Try changing the date you are going to hit the delay on. I find that sometimes when I can't hit the delay I want, changing the date to something else can make a world of difference. I have to go to a relative's house now, but good luck ;)
Agh that's horrid luck :( you were only one frame off. I've done that quite a few times and I know how frustrating it can be. You can do it though, don't worry ;D

assuming you have 5 pokemon in your party, then yes.
136 is your starting frame. azelf is frame 1 and if you take 128 steps then you'll be down to 130. then you need 65 journal flips. Dont forget to verify you hit your delay before you advance frames though.
