No, I didn't use save states. That's why I got frustrated and never caught Scyther. Weird though cause Scyther doesn't show up as flawless.
I just did a couple of frame advancements while outside then I just ran inside. I guess it's harder cause it's hit and miss. ~_~
One last question sorry do you know of anyone who can hack check my pokemon and give me screen shot it is my way out of the blacklisted anything will help

That's interesting. I might test out some stupid idea of mines... it has to do with the last two digits of the frame+encounter slot that RNG reporter tell me.
