Stats are meaningless. Every Machamp has the same base stats, 0-31 IVs in each stat, and 0-252 (useable) EVs in each stat.
Since the machamp has perfect IVs in every usable stat (you don't want it to be a special attacker), it is "the best" Machamp you could find.
