    HGSS has a Pokemart with no NPCs (non player characters), which usually screw with the frame. HGSS would be the easiest. come on #smogonwifi sometime and I can explain it much quicker :o

    The best thing to start off with is a standing legendary in Platinum, its super easy. just make sure you have a syncher like abra and a catcher like smeargle.
    Also, I teach very quickly. To speed up this process you may want to download RNG Reporter and PikaTimer, which are in the wifi help thread and my signature.

    I will be on #smogonwifi starting at 4pm EST (GMT -5) during weekdays.

    not at all! mostly this 'rule' is just so that the RNGer appreciates the pokemon's value.
