I can do shiny. I've got a Timid (I think...) Articuno which is shiny and has all stats 25+, and I haven't yet captured either Lati, Raikou, Entei, Mewtwo, Groudon, or Ho-oh in SoulSilver. Do any of those interest you? (I can probably get better stats now that I know what I'm doing. And the roamers will take more time.)
