OK, well I don't really even know if I'll be able to finish this latias tonight (i have to wait an hour to hit my seed!) so I could tell you how to get them into your game in the meantime if you want (it's so simple, even I could do it! Lol)
yep no prob man :),also there are NPC's in chargestone cave where tynamo is
with NPC's go to the area,just hit your seed catch a poke and check its nature,ability,gender and encounter slot.
then go to RNG reporter main window and check from the starting frame of that seed you used to see which frame matches the poke you caught,then after finding it use that number as your starting frame :)
with weather you need to go where it is save,turn off your game change your date to 1 month ahead,go back in game encounter a poke and after that battle the weather will go away,just save and go RNG ;)

My summer has been that way too for the most part. I've been without wifi since the end of May and now i'm here visiting my friends who have wifi and just making use of it for the time being til I head home today. I don't even know when I'll come back to see 'em but I hope it's soon. -
