Well, to tell you the truth, I can't just go out and tell you all you need to know about it. There's just too much stuff to be understood to go about actually finding a seed and knowing when to hit it.
For that reason, I'm thinking I'll probably write a guide about it, but as of late I've been very busy. Plus I haven't looked over my live battery abuse notes in over a month, so I'll have to relearn it all.
But since you've been at this for a while, feel free to ask me any questions you have and I'll try to answer them as best as I can.

If you can manage to get them in a 3gpkm file (I believe those are the Pokemon Encyclopedia files?) I can load it on my game. Dunno if this helps you or not, but take your time. :)

Hey Tombstoner, have you taught Selfdestruct to your Mewtwo yet? I think I still have Selfdestruct available on my XD run, so I could teach it for you if you're interested. :)
That guide isn't accurate anymore, since we figured out how the shadow boosts actually work; they go by +1/2/3 levels, and +3 levels is 38 == 31 IV
That's the problem; you'll only tie with it at best. You want to use a 37 speed mon so snorunt will ALWAYS outspeed it with a beneficial nature :/
It took me a lot more than 284 to get it I think, though I don't remember exactly how much. what speed is your one under mon?
