I currently don't have any good pokemon as I have a 3DS and am unable to RNG easily (really just me not understanding). I do have a few shinies, none that really have good EV's, though if a bunch of the berries that lowered EVs were cloned you could make a good shiny porygon-z that I have duplicates of for no reason. Hey, I can't get on IRC since it is troublesome, but I have a boat load of people from my locals that can use some help. I am helping a junior to get into the VGC as well, but he needs the Pokemon to start getting used to it.

We are in Canada, so we have plenty of time for our one-timer in Nats, but if I provide you with a list with what we need, could you provide for our group?

If you don't terrbily mind can you get a

Cresselia (Shiny if you can, if not I don't care), Calm Nature, 31 Ivs in everything except atk, and a moveset of
- Icy Wind
- Helping Hand
- Psychic
- and any filler move of you choice? (I know exactly what I wan't but I prefer to keep it a secret)
and can you do an ev spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD? If you are busy or anything I can do the ev'ing myself.

If you are busy I don't mind, I just need it before nationals (Gonna compete there because I heard you don't need to win a regional to compete, and if that's not true I'll just enter LCQ) so there's still a good bit of time.
