Don't know why Spain fans always take the moral high ground about teams playing negative football when their favourite tactic is the old FIFA classic of 'score an early goal and then pass the ball around for 70 minutes.'

they're an amazing team and so disciplined - they look unbeatable at times. But my god they're boring to watch.

yup thats basically it

However, Italy has shown that you can beat them as long as you just try to play along and not just defend.

According to 20minutes.fr and Reuters, a journalist asked for Nasri's reaction to the loss, which Nasri at first refused, before storming back over to the reporter and saying, "You're always writing s*** stories about us." This is the exchange that followed:
Reporter: "Well get lost, then ..."
Nasri: "You tell me to get lost? Come and we'll sort it out over there. ..."
Reporter: "That's it ..."
Nasri: "F*** you, go f*** your mother, you son of a b****. F*** you, that way you can say I'm rude. "

The City dressing room must be fun.

good half for both teams, don't know why the Italians insist on starting Balotelli though, Di Natale would have buried at least 2 of the chances Balotelli had.

Rooney and Young look like 40 year olds whos legs are gone. Young in particular has done jack this entire tourney.

Cant believe I'm saying this but they could use an injection of urgency from Walcott now.

Also whoever thinks playing Balotelli over Di Natale is a good idea should be fired. Fucks sake, Pirlo got tired of such beautiful passes being thrown away like nothing.
