When Heracross is taken from me, you can reserve it by post-reserving it in this thread, or request Heracross and make a (Placeholder) until you're done with the exam. It's good to know you're very interested!
 
I've gotten good feedback from my Nidoqueen analysis and would love to try my hand at another pokemon so I would like to claim Slowbro.

Welp since I haven't seen any move to move the Heracross thread to locked/outdated analysis nor anyone that has stood up to take it other than me I'd like to formally ask for permission to do the writeup for Heracross. I won't be able to formally get to writing any sort of analysis until the end of this week due to exams but if that is perfectly alright I'd like to do it.
 
Why exactly is a Honchkrow analysis not viable? It was BL tier, not UU tier last gen. There is nothing that does what it does better, and no reason it should be left out.

Basically the fact that it isn't directly outclassed doesn't make any difference when the effect it has in battle is minimal, and it just isn't good enough for OU in any sense. Seven Deadly Sins sums it up pretty well here, when the official decision was made:

I have permission from Bloo and Rising Dusk to do the Yanmega entry, I'll get up a skeleton this weekend since I am finishing up exams.
 
how come slowbro has no OP ._. It's one of the most important walls imo and if there's no one who feels for it, I'll do it; it was part of most of my latest teams so I have quite some experience with it. I'll PM Bloo for permission for this one.

Slowbro is like.... awesome in so many ways.

I'm locking this analysis. From what I can tell, there's a bit of a conflict over ownership of this analysis, though that may just be misinformation. However, there's a larger issue:

It's obvious that the user has not tested any of these sets, or at the very least none of the lower tests, or else he would have figured out the following obvious mistakes:

- Slowbro learns Grass Knot, making HP Grass a poor choice.
- Trick is illegal with Regenerator.
- Slowbro does not learn Hydro Pump.
- Setting "Coverage" in a moveslot is not okay.
- Psyshock is the move Slowbro gets. PsySTRIKE is the Mewtwo-exclusive 100 BP version of the move.
- The ability's name is Regenerator.
- A set should not have undefined EVs at the time of posting. At least throw something down.

ALL of these things should be solved either through common sense or a slight combing of the Veekun or Serebii page for Slowbro, one of which the OP even LINKED to. Furthermore, Slowbro is a high-priority Pokemon in this generation, and with the lack of due diligence on the part of the OP, I'm not especially convinced of his ability to carry out this analysis competently.

Barring said assignment conflict, I'll be taking this analysis over. Until then, this analysis will be locked.

I have little experience with mamoswine and deoxys-d, crobat looks like a similar mess to slowbro. Leftovers? on a poison type? eww No acrobatics, even as an alternative, seems weird.
