Im loving the meta atm, i have been using sand and sd stoutland is a truck as it can tear through teams (it also gets earthquake). With the no prevo bridges, does this mean that there will be no techni spore (breloom doesnt learn it, only shroomish)? Also, i know this doesnt matter realistically, but can probopass bridge head smash? Since it gets it from an egg move but there are no mons in its egg group to transfer it.
Also ice beam lando-t is great.

Yes, as Spore is in Shroomish's (and thus Breloom's) actual moveset. However, if Shroomish got let's say Thunder from Quick Feet Jolteon, Breloom couldn't get it. It's only not allowed if the prevo got it through bridging.

EDIT:
Salamence
Moxie
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Brave Bird/Megahorn
-Close Combat
-Sucker Punch
GG.

6 move ability bridge ubers triples.

To talk of something that does not sound horrible, Choice Band Gyarados is a beast, hitting hard with Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, U-Turn, E-speed, Waterfall and probably lots of other moves it can choose from.

Couldnt help to look at torterra.
It gets shell Smash now from Cloyster. But on thing that I noticed, is that Samurott and Crawdaunt get it as well.(although no adaptability then ;-;)
Samurott makes quite teh wallbreaker since it can go mixed (lol I only have RU expierience, dont hate me now)

Salamence has to have Moxie with Shell Smash since that's exclusive to Overcoat Shelgon. So it can't bridge with Arcanine or Hitmontop if it wants to run Shell Smash. Granted it can still bridge with Heracross (Close Combat...) but yeah.

Everything with Rock Head now gets Swords Dance and Head Smash. And Earthquake (although all but Bagon, Shelgon, and Basculin already get it).

Also, can a pokemon bridge from prior evolutionary forms (like Whirlwind Justified Lucario (from Prankster Murkrow, bridging by Prankster Riolu) or Poison Sting Butterfree (from Shield Dust Weedle, bridging by Shield Dust Caterpie))?
Currently, no. We have just been discussing this, and it is of course Level 51's decision, but honestly I think it would just be unnecessarily complex, and I don't really see why it would be worth it.
It's true, it would be complex. I'm against it, but whatever Level 51 says goes.

You can still use Sucker Punch and Vacuum Wave

+2 192 SpA Life Orb Salamence Vacuum Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mamoswine: 291-343 (80.6 - 95.01%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 192 SpA Life Orb Salamence Vacuum Wave vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Weavile: 442-520 (157.29 - 185.05%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Talk about a 4MSS: Hydration Vaporeon gets Shell Smash and Tail Glow, we know that much yep. It gets Hydro Pump/Surf and Ice Beam naturally, which is a good start but now comes the coverage: Vaporeon has access to Thunder/Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Stored Power (140 BP after 1 SS, fun thing is that Vaporeon learns it naturally) and a dozen other (less useful/powerful) coverage options. Keep in mind that Vaporeon also appreciates Rest in his moveset and you just wished you had 6 moveslots (or more).
All vaps needs is grass knot, either SS or tail glow, surf and rest, want some proof, here's some calcs:

+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Chansey in rain: 45.17 - 53.26%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 224+ SpD Celebi in rain: 45.29 - 53.46%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Dragonite in rain: 46.37 - 54.66%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 136+ SpD Kyurem-B in rain: 46.91 - 55.5%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 228+ SpD Amoonguss in rain: 48.61 - 57.4%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 248 HP / 216+ SpD Empoleon in rain: 49.32 - 58.22%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 244+ SpD Venusaur in rain: 49.45 - 58.24%
+2 252 SpA Vaporeon Grass Knot (80 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Ludicolo: 51.16 - 60.46%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Virizion in rain: 51.55 - 60.62%
+2 252 SpA Splash Plate Vaporeon Surf vs. 252 HP / 208 SpD Ferrothorn in rain: 51.98 - 61.36%

vaps should honestly always run shell smash over tail glow because it's already breaking the walls it needs to while nuking this offensive metagame

really short argument, I just wanted to show these calcs

Just had a conversation with the man himself; bridging from pre-evolutions is not legal.
[20:21:54] @TalkTakesTime: when you said "Wait, when did I say that you can't get moves from pre-evos? I don't recall saying that at all >_>"
[20:22:01] @TalkTakesTime: did you mean bridging from pre-evos?
[20:30:01] Level 51: no
[20:30:06] Level 51: i meant get moves
[20:30:08] @TalkTakesTime: oh
[20:30:12] @TalkTakesTime: that's what we were arguing about
[20:30:25] @TalkTakesTime:whether or not you can bridge from a pre-evo's ability
[20:31:31] @TalkTakesTime: So just to be perfectly 100% clear, you are not able to bridge from a pre-evo, correct?
[20:31:39] Level 51: you are correct
[20:31:44] @TalkTakesTime: ok, thanks

Don't forget that Shell Smash gives you defense drops (when not running White Herb) and that you probably have not as much defensive investment on a Shell Smash set as a standard OU Vaporeon. In other words, if you're not able to KO something right away your sweep might be stopped. For example Defensive Celebi sets can OHKO Vaporeon:
4 SpA Celebi Seed Flare vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD -1 Vaporeon: 101-119%: Guaranteed OHKO

I can provide more calcs but a lot of those guys you mentioned will stop your Vaporeon, wether by phazing it out or by just OHKOing it due to the defense drops.

When running Shell Smash I think I'd prefer to run 3 Attacks, White Herb and skip Rest, whereas when running Tail Glow I'd choose a Tankier EV setup, Splash Plate and Rest. The problem I'm having is which 3 attacks I should choose along Shell Smash. Stored Power seems very attractive with 140 BP but isnt the best option coverage-wise.

Could you also provide some examples on where Grass Knot would be a better option than Thunder(bolt)? We can pretty much asume that Vaporeon will be playing in Rain and outside of Rain (provided it's not Sun) Thunder still gets 70% accuracy which is usable to some degree. The 30% paralyze chance can also help out Vaporeon. Can always use Thunderbolt instead for safety reasons.

Can you do a multi-step bridge (like for example Dunsparce giving Coil to Rattled Magikarp, which evolves into Moxie Gyrados and gives coil to Moxie Salamence, or Hustle Zweilous giving Draco Meteor to Hustle Remoraid, which evolves into Suction Cups Octillery and gives it to Suction Cups Cradily)?

No, you cannot obtain moves that you could not otherwise learn unless you directly share an ability. This means that you can't transfer moves from pre-evos unless you share an ability with it.

Why would I smash in front of celebi? celebi switches in after I've smashed for example. That was more to prove power than anything

Also, really use whatever slot you want there, I just hate storm drain gastro
