Is Galarian Mr. Mime able to use Eviolite? I made mine on the assumption that it is, but if it shouldn’t be, I’ll change it. Thanks for clarifying.

Anyway, mimes:

:mr mime:
Name: Mr. Mime-Classic
Type: Psychic
Stats: HP 45 | Atk 40 | Def 55 | SpA 105 | SpD 115 | Spe 100 | Total 460
Ability: Rattled / Screen Cleaner / Neuroforce
Added Moves: Weather Ball, Terrain Pulse, Aura Sphere, Psych Up (BDSP TM; not sure if it has this outside of there so it’s here to be safe)
Removed Moves: All Fairy-type moves, all Dark-type moves, Encore, Toxic, Icy Wind
What Makes It Different: Reasonably fast and strong Special attacker with wide variety of coverage moves and Abilities that give it more versatility (Rattled pairs well with Weakness Policy if you can survive an SE hit, Screen Cleaner drops Light Screen/Aurora Veil on switch-in so it can’t be blocked by those, and Neuroforce makes its many coverage moves more threatening). Held back mostly by poor bulk, but also by a lack of good boosting moves or opportunities to set up due to its bulk.

:mr mime-galar:
NOTE: This Pokémon is compatible with Eviolite.
Name: Mr. Mime-Blue
Type: Ice/Fighting
Stats: HP 75 | Atk 40 | Def 70 | SpA 65 | SpD 95 | Spe 115 | Total 460
Ability: Filter / Screen Master (Screen-type moves (ie. Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Aurora Veil) last 2 additional turns when set by this Pokémon. Does not stack with Light Clay.) / Ice Body
Added Moves: Vacuum Wave, Aura Sphere, Circle Throw, Detect, Aurora Veil, Slack Off, Wish, Teleport
Removed Moves: All Psychic-type moves except Calm Mind, Nasty Plot
What Makes It Different: Bulky supporter with Eviolite to boost its defenses and several support moves, plus Ice Scales for pure Special walling. Held back by its several weaknesses, low offenses and reliance on Eviolite to be bulky.

EDITS:
Mr. Mime now has greater Special stats and Speed to be better at sweeping & taking SE Special hits to trigger Rattled, plus Aura Sphere over Flash Cannon to smash rocks without also covering Fairy.
Mr. Mime-Galar now has Aura Sphere over Focus Blast, gets Wish & Teleport for added support, Circle Throw to force switches onto hazards, and keeps Calm Mind so it could boost its Special Attack if you wanted to. Also has a bit more HP & Special Defense, to tank better, and less Special Attack, since I’m worried this guy could be too strong at 75.

Council thinks Mr Mime's type coverage is too strong with its current SpA. Requesting u limit that power somewhat by moving a little SpA somewhere else or removing Moonblast or something.

Stunfisk is still too bulky with Unaware. Its outclocking things like Clef and Quag.

What Separates it from Other Forms: Physical wallbreaker with huge attack stat, but get walled by flying type.

lower Stunfisk's HP by a good bit, as its kinda built like a very strong wallbreaker that can creep quite a few threats atm.

Mawdrask's Attack is simply far too high, it needs lowering. Id also implore people start looking into movepools of their subs, as Stunfisk-Galar has more than enough moves to challenge flying types within its arsenal.

Thats it. The council has noticed however, that quite a few Mr Mime and Mr Mime Galar subs are rather mediocre. Some of them hyper fixate on a funny gimmick instead of trying to be a Pokémon someone would reasonably use. We request that these Pokémon be worked on, because quite frankly, we fail to see how these subs would be competitive in a vote versus the rest of the subs or be competitive in our current metagame. Yall have 60 hours for this one to give yall the whole weekend + some of Monday to fix your subs however it seems needed. Cheerios!

Also finally it should be assumed that Mr. Mime Galar is eviolite compatible so please indicate so if you want to say otherwise.

Not gonna lie, while I am glad for alot of the role compression these additions create, I was less than impressed with the level of quality of some submissions that was going on here. I implore users to take reigns of the netagame they are contributing to, so that their subs do not come off as ridiculously overpower nor underpowered. It just leaves a bad tadte in one's mouth and can lead to voters turning up their nose to your subs, which is precisely something we want to avoid here. I once again ask people to take stock of what currently works and carve your subs to fit alongside it! Anyway, here is our glorious slate

Prismatic Strike | Ghost | Physical | 90 BP | 100% Accuracy | 24 PP | 100% chance to lower the foe's Attack by one stage.
What Separates it from Other Forms: fast Ghost/Fighting. STABs are great coverage and it has above-average speed to take advantage of Neuroforce.
Prismatic Strike cripples physical mons and Bulk Up gives you physical setup that lets you sweep things if you choose to run it.
Special sets exist but aren't recommended in favor of Physical sets.
you can go slightly more defensive with Prism Armor, Rocks, Morning Sun and Teleport but it is also not recommended due to relatively poor defenses.

Typing:
Psychic.png

Abilities: Prism Armor
Movepool Changes:
+ Drain Punch, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Moonblast, Recover
- Prismatic Laser
What Separates it from Other Forms: Some small tweaks here, made its bulk and offenses worse in exchange for slightly more Speed along with better coverage. It now has ways to hit Dark types like Shifu and Calyrex-Midnight without resorting to X-Scissor while Fire Blast hits Steels better than Heat Wave. Also has 16 PP recovery, which makes CM a bit more viable. Otherwise it does the same things it does in standard; sweep with DD/Meteor Beam or set up rocks.

Typing:

Fire.png

Abilities: Helios
On switch-in, this Pokemon lowers the Attack of adjacent opposing Pokemon by 1 stage. Pokemon behind a substitute are immune. This ability cannot be ignored or suppressed by other abilities.
Movepool Changes:
+ Doom Desire, Eruption, Fire Blast, Fire Lash, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Lava Plume, Overheat
- Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Knock Off, Meteor Beam, Moonlight, Prismatic Laser, Rock Polish, Swords Dance
Type:

Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 95
PP: 5
Effect: Has a 30% chance to burn the target. The target thaws out if it is frozen.
Priority: 0
Flags: Contact, Mirror, Protect
What Separates it from Other Forms: Wanted to do a Fire/Steel and decided to do smth kinda weird to have it stand out more against the meta's preexisting Steels. This is a decently fast physical tank with solid mixed offenses, the caveat being its terrible SpD. 89 Speed outpaces about half of the meta, making it a good breaker and rock setter. On the defensive side; its typing, physical bulk, semi-reliable recovery in Morning Sun and the Intimidate-variant Helios allows it to check mons like Salazzle-Ruler and Vikavolt. Fire Lash's Def drops can force out foes to help it set rocks or use Doom Desire to make further progress. Sunsteel Strike is just physical Steel Steam Eruption, it does numbers and spreads burns.

This Pokemon is not affected by the secondary effect of another Pokemon's attack. This ability cannot be ignored or suppressed by other abilities.
Movepool Changes:

- Brick Break, Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Earth Power, Earthquake, Gyro Ball, Heat Wave, Iron Head, Meteor Beam, Prismatic Laser, Rock Polish, Smart Strike, Stealth Rock, X-Scissor

Effect: If this move is successful, there is a 30% chance the effect of Yawn begins on the target, even if it has a substitute.
Priority: 0
Flags: Mirror, Protect
What Separates it from Other Forms: Take two on a bulky Dark/Elec, checking some of the Ghosts and Oricorios. Good bulk and Roost means it has a good amount of longevity, while Selene prevents moves like Scald and Scorching Sands from proccing their effects. Can Defog, deny hazards with Taunt and keep offensive threats in check with Foul Play, Snarl and the reworked Moongeist Beam.

Abilities: Nebula
If this Pokemon has any stat changes that are below 0, they are reset when another Pokemon faints.
Movepool Changes (from base Necrozma's movepool):
+ Crunch, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Overheat, Sucker Punch
- Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Knock Off, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock
Type:

Base Power: 110
Accuracy: -
PP: 5
Effect: Lowers the user's Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage. This move does not check accuracy.
Priority: 0

What Separates it from Other Forms: Here's a fearsome mixed attacker with high Speed, potent STABs and setup options in Meteor Beam and SD; hindered by its average bulk, common weaknesses and vulnerability to hazards. Nebula will eliminate the stat drops from Overheat or the reworked Prismatic Laser every time a mon is KO’d to give it more staying power.

What Separates it from Other Forms: Dusk Mane is cool. Bit too optimized for this meta though, so I’ve turned it into a not-so-bulky attacker with tons of defensive utility to make up for its stat-based pitfalls. Swords Dance sets can go pretty nutty as long as you have a way to hit the opponent’s dedicated physical walls, and Sunraze Strike’s guaranteed perfect neutral coverage is an awesome tool to have.

What Separates it from Other Forms: Necrozma with it's beefy stat total is in a slight predicament, it lacks a lot of its modern day tools. But fret not, Necrozma is bulky enough and strong enough to make do. It eats up alot of hits and while it's special coverage is scarce, Psychic + Hidden Power [Fighting] + Dark Pulse currently hits all of the tier neutrally. SD sets on the other hand function with Earthquake and X-Scissor to punch holes in common switchins.

Base Power:
60
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect(s): Swaps user out. If moved last suppresses target's ability (like Core Enforcer, not like Analytic)
What Separates it from Other Forms: Necrozma-Batwing is somewhat fast and can exert strong offensive pressure thanks to its strong STAB combo. It unfortunately hardwalled by the likes of most Dark types in the tier, but it still can do a bit of work against them with hazard support. It also has a funny pivot STAB with an even funnier effect if you somehow manage to trigger it.

Commentary time! In order to avoid the Mr Mime debacle from ever happening again, council has decided to open themselves to reviewing underperforming subs as well as busted too powerful ones, so we can ensure voters can have the highest quality pool to choose from when its voting time.

Before anything else, I'm sorry if these subs look bad and not having prime numbers, but trust me, I tried my best.

:necrozma: Right now as a CM sweeper it seems to face alot of competition from the other Mimes rn, who are both really good at what they do and at least one shares a type. Imo I think focusing on the suicide lead role is a better approach to make your sub more distinct.

:necrozma-dawn-wings: I am not sure if you know how Talonflame works post Gale Wings nerf, but Talonflame doesn't use Gale Wings post Gale Wings nerf. Life Orb also seems like a bad idea with Gale Wings post Gale Wings nerf. Any set focusing on recoil just won't be used. Anywho, I think removing CM was a bad idea, I would keep it to utilize with Hurricane. Maybe put some of that rather useless Attack into bulk as its really frail rn.

:necrozma-dusk-mane: The idea sounds good on paper, but none of the suggested sets sound like good ideas due to how slow and horrid a defensive typing Rock/Psychic is. Its most likely not gonna ever be the offensive wallbreaker you think it is going to be, and most likely will attempt to be a defensive tank with BP to keep up. I suggest better stat allocation to help with it's rather bad typing and poor movepool options.

:necrozma-ultra: I don't really know where to go with this other than invest in a reliable offensive pivot move, Psychic/Fighting is a horrible typing to be forced to be choice locked into.

(-)Prismatic Laser, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance

I really doubt this thing wants to use Neuroforce, Prism Armor is largely the superior ability especially when paired up with Weakness Policy. On that end, we request that the HP is lowered so said Weakness Policy sets do not wreak havoc on the tier.

Effect: This move ignores type based interactions. (Note: Dragon-types keep STAB)
Priority: 0
Flags: Protect, Mirror
Target: Normal

:necrozma: Lower it's speed stat by a good bit. Mono Psychic does suck so the WP isn't as threatening as above but as an offensive mon Necro goes really hard thanks to having oodles and oodles of coverage.

:necrozma-dusk-mane: Far too bulky, especially considering the level of walls we currently have in this tier and the essentially 66% recovery since no Weather exists in the tier (thank god). Reduce the bulk by a big amount, look to other defensive Pokémon in the tier as inspiration for good bulk levels.

:necrozma-dawn-wings: Nothing actually wrong with the mon, ana just doesn't think Bad Dreams will be much use over Dark Aura, and he thinks 10% sleep is cheesy. As I said, nothing to actuslly be veto worthy about I just wanted anaconja's silly thoughts to be voiced.

:necrozma-ultra: Slight Attack nerf on Ultra, DDance felt a lil bit extra to deal with with new Neuro being a thing. We are also weary on the "ignore all type effectiveness" move, but we are unsure if the concept is fundamentally broke yet. See Beaf for more elaboration.

Pokémon Name: Necrozma-Remnant
Stats: 109 HP / 101 Atk / 73 Def / 101 SpA / 73 SpD / 83 Spe / 540 BST
Typing:

87 Speed outpaces about half of the meta, making it a good breaker and rock setter, while its typing and physical bulk allows it to check mons like Lurantio and Vikavolt. Fire Lash's Def drops can force out foes to help it set rocks or use Doom Desire to make further progress. Sunsteel Strike is just physical Steel Steam Eruption, it does numbers and spreads burns.

Base Power: 70
Accuracy: 100
PP: 15
Effect: If this move is successful, there is a 30% chance the effect of Yawn begins on the target, even if it has a substitute.
Priority: 0
Flags: Mirror, Protect
What Separates it from Other Forms: Take two on a bulky Dark/Elec, checking some of the Ghosts and Oricorios. Good bulk, Roost and Shadow Shield means it has a good amount of longevity. Can Defog, deny hazards with Taunt and keep offensive threats in check with Foul Play, Snarl and the reworked Moongeist Beam.

Movepool Changes (from base Necrozma's movepool):

- Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Knock Off, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock
Type:

Base Power: 110
Accuracy: -
PP: 5
Effect: Lowers the user's Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage. This move does not check accuracy.
Priority: 0
Flags: Mirror, Protect
What Separates it from Other Forms: Here's a fearsome mixed attacker with high Speed, potent STABs and setup options in Meteor Beam and SD + Scale Shot; hindered by its average bulk, common weaknesses and vulnerability to hazards. Nebula will eliminate the stat drops from Scale Shot, Overheat or the reworked Prismatic Laser every time a mon is KO’d to give it more staying power.

:necrozma-dusk-mane: Pokémon is technically a fine offensive threat but if your goal is to be a defensive pivot ala Heatran i suggest either a small stat allocation, readdition of the recovery moves, Morning Sun and or an ability with defensive utility to it, as the Pokémon you seek to check all commonly carry super effective coverage and in Vikavolt's case, usually hit hard enough with Wild Charge where an offensively leaning set wouldn't be able to handle it anyway. Ofc, if your wish is to just be an offensive threat with semi decent defensive utility I think you are on the right track, I just wanted to let you know your current goals for the mon are a bit far fetched.

:necrozma-dawn-wings: Pokémon is far too bulky with Multiscale, great bulk and a very reliable recovery option. Best bet here is to ax Shadow Shield but if you REALLY want it Roost and a sizeable piece of bulk has to go.

:necrozma-ultra: Good mon, but its not using non STAB SD Scale Shot, if you are really into that as you seem.

Fire.png

Ability Changes:
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Nasty Plot, -Earth Power
What Separates it from Other Forms: Where are the traditional Psychics?? Bulky plot sweeper with great STABs and an interesting coverage option in Moongeist Beam, providing the powerful Special Psychic the tier has been lacking for quite a while.

:necrozma-dusk-mane: Obscenely powerful here. Between having THE highest Attack stat by a large margin, a STAB move with zero resists, a good enough defensive typing and ability to supplement its ok bulk and even the trademark creeping of the 80 speed tier, Dusk Mane is too much. We really are not sure of the effects of having a unresistable STAB move as a wallbreaker might have on the meta, but it probably ain't good, and is something council is looking into heavily. But in the meantime, alot of that Attack needs to go.

:necrozma-dawn-wings: Just remove Nasty Plot, it seems to lack very consistent switch ins while at +2 so it would be appreciated to fix. Also you have no ability here.

Base Power:
85
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect(s): Lowers the defense of the target if they resist the move. Immunities are not affected.

Lava Plume, Flare Blitz, Will O Wisp, Heat Crash, Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Moonlight, Morning Sun, Dragon Dance, Photon Geyser, Dragon Pulse, Signal Beam, Expanding Force, Iron Head, Psychic Fangs, Prismatic Laser, Earth Power
What Separates it from Other Forms: Necrozma-Lionheart plays somewhat similiar to Heatran in standard, but less obnoxious trapping more standard attacking. Steel/Fire adds alot of solid defensive utility while still bringing offensive pressure.

:ss/necrozma-dawn-wings:
New Pokémon Name: Necrozma-Batwing

Morning Sun, Calm Mind, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Photon Geyser, Dragon Pulse, Signal Beam, Heat Wave, Expanding Force, Iron Head, Psychic Fangs, Prismatic Laser, Earthquake
What Separates it from Other Forms: Necrozma-Batwing is somewhat fast and can exert strong offensive pressure thanks to its strong STAB combo. It unfortunately hardwalled by the likes of most Dark types in the tier, but it still can do a bit of work against them with hazard support.

Your subs are so sexy Alternatium submitter Gee Looke. Keep up the good work! I'd say if anything rework the signatures of the Dusk and Dawn forms, especially on the latter, they may be too good.

Movepool Changes (If Any):

What Separates it from Other Forms: Guts breaker(aka fck scald) with priority sucker punch.

Necrozma is actually pretty weak here all things considered. Imo re add the Set up moves you removed and bump up the HP, so it can force progress much more reliably against the tier.

One last note, similar to the ViZar Dawn Wings thing, another silly anaconja thing is he does NOT appreciate subs that are doing the all prime numbers strat making numerical errors. 63 is not a prime number, and pretending it is will ruin Ana's day and rub flavor purists wrong. We can't actually force you to make these changes, but its just a thing I wanted submitters to be aware of if they heavily deal with flavour like that. Might swing a vote, you never know.

Ok that was alot. Giving a clean 36 Hour window for subs to be tweaked before we close submissions and open voting. Of course, new subs can be added in the meantime, by both existing subbers and new people, just ensure they are not crazy or they will be vetoed unprompted! See ya in a couple days.

Ok guys seems like everyone's changes are in order. Time to proceed with voting! Vote for your favorite subs
